Me too. I find that little things add up, but sometimes it’s hard to do even little things when I’m depressed. I’ve found that making things super easy is helpful - like, my skin care stuff being accessible so I don’t have to make effort or search for things. Or using a fluffy towel to dry my face so that taking care of myself feels luxurious. I hope you find some momentum that you can build upon!♥️

    These are my personal tips
    1. I buy the nail buffer from the cosmetic store and buff my nails every 3-4 weeks. These days I don’t feel like using acrylics, gel nails or nail polish. My nails look shiny and smooth when I’m done. That’s my tip for the ladies that don’t wear anything on their finger nails but want to give your fingers some attention.
    2. Invisalign treatment changed my facial structure and smile. One of the best investments in myself. People notice something is different and compliment my smile. Whitening was the icing on the cake. I use 20% Opalescence whitening gel at night once a week to maintain the whitening.
    3. Tretinoin and lactic acid peels have cleared up my skin. Consistency is key to see results. It took months but it worked. I have oily skin and it helped. Have at least one session with a dermatologist to understand your skin needs as we all have different skin types and issues.
    Hope this helps someone 😊

    my 12 tips for beauty:
    1) letting water be the very first thing that enters my body in the morning + liquid chorlophyll
    2) for the tired girlies who are also fitness girls!! take supplements like magnesium (muscle relaxation/recovery), l-glutamine (bloating/muscle recovery), calcium (bone health), vitamin-d (bones/muscles.)
    3) exfoliation + aloe vera straight from the plant 2 times a week is a GAME changer for clear skin/repair/scarring
    4) prebiotic sodas to balance gut health (clears my brain up every time) poppi my fav
    5) smiling more - even though i need braces (have a gap i dont care for) i learned that simply smiling, makes people approach you more or see you as more beautiful
    6) press on nails have been my go to the past few years - HOWEVER, i do miss getting my style of custom designs but it has save me SO SO SO much $
    7) dead skin peeler in shower 1x/week - keep those feet nice and cute mama!
    8) shea + coco butter right after the shower while still damp + jojoba oil *chef kiss*
    9) vag health when things arent so cute down there - quick little tampon dipped in organic witch hazel.. insert for a few hours over the course of 3 days, and boom reset. boric acid suppositories as a close 2nd option if you have moments of disruption.
    10) JOY - theres nothing like exuding a strength, love and gentleness that comes with the Lord (for all my Jesus lovers)
    11) prep + prime face but THEE best application. ya gonna look like a cute lul dewy hunny bun.
    12) remove your jewelry to get in crevices (facial piercing) because so much gunk can get caught in there.
    I hope this helps. *muah*

    1. I took a blood test that measures my body’s inflammatory response to certain foods. This effects my skin and digestive health. It plays a role in how I feel on a daily basis. So far so good.
    2. I work out consistently. Whether it’s just going for a walk to say I moved my body or it’s weight lifting or functional workouts, this changed my LIFE.
    3. I take supplements every day-vitamin d, magnesium, calcium, fish oil, probiotic, multivitamin… this also changed my life.

A few of my beauty tips
1.) not only drink water but I add organic apple juice for extra hydration and sometimes I would do salt, lemon juice with honey.
2.) a tablespoon of organic coconut oil and a shot of organic olive oil twice a day
3.) I oil pull with coconut oil every morning, floss everyday plus brush twice a day
    4) in the morning I do a turmeric face mask while I oil pull and at night I put fresh aloe Vera on my face and in the shower I let kojic soap sit on my face for 1-2 minutes

Water (get a cute water bottle and fill her up! Work your way up to refilling 2-3 times a day!)
For my curly hair beauties, pre-poo is a game changer . Get a nice slippy oil, wet hair in sections and apply the oil to your hair then gently detangle. Let the oil sit a for a few before you shampoo. Get a nice hydrating protein masque to use every one and while for your curls to pop!
    Exercise, walk ..
Smoothies in the morning are amazing! Use fruit, veggies, Greek yogurt, coconut water.
Castor Oil for eyebrows and eyelashes will grow them so nicely
Whiten teeth - whitening toothpaste, strips. If you can’t afford both, get one or the other. Then get the rest when you can💗
    Exfoliate your skin ❤
If you have the time, do your own nails! Invest in quality polishes, base coat, and top coat. Cuticle oil. They will grow too 💅🏼

    1. I tweeze and dye my brows every 1-2 weeks so I can just put brow gel on in the morning and go!
    2. Curl my lashes at night and put vaseline to keep them curled and do it again in the morning for a no makeup look (or you can use brown mascara-DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS)
    3. Everything shower every 1-2 weeks. Treat it as a spa night of some sort. Pick a cute pair of underwear/PJ's and do everything you can for your body. You come out a new person.
    4. Drink more tea!
    5. Everyone should be derma-planning. Get that peach fuzz off and dead skin cells. Your skin will look so glowy and products will go on so much easier.

    mine are
    1) removing make up with a cotton pad w almond oil and water on it, makes skin super soft and removes absolutely everything
    2) layering a body lotion, perfume and body spray that compliment each other well so you smell good everywhere for hours
    3) using a lash serum!!! makes such a difference
    4) using really gentle skin cleansers, only using harsh cleansers or acids once a week. your skin barrier will thank you
    5) for curly haired girls: STOPP using sulfates/silicones/parabens in your hair care routine, i haven‘t in years and my hair is super soft and healthy (the not your mother‘s matcha butter masque is a holy grail)
    6) do the kibbe body type test to figure out what looks good on you
    7) that are not that important, what is more important is what looks good on YOU

One of my micro beauty habits: before applying mascara, I wash my lashes with baby shampoo, pat dry, use a clean silicone spoolie & comb through my lashes. Curl my lashes & use the clean silicone spoolie again, lash primer & mascara. This technique aids in removing any clumped lashes & creates well defined lashes. Great video. Thank you 😊. Cheers 😉🌷
