kleetus92 The car got destroyed to absorb the impact pressure and the cage was intact so the driver could walk away without injuries. Job well done. We are all petrol heads but safety always come first.
I punched my way through the rear window of my flipped VW Jetta not too long ago with a cut on my left arm barely deep enough to bleed. "The car did it's job" was the only thing I heard for a long time after and it kinda got old...
his spirit is so great, if that was me, i'd be insanely mad and scared. the way that this man handled is was great, handing out pieces to kids and giving them advice
Thanks for the appreciation man! Makes the sleepless nights and 8 hours editing in the car, hotel and back home well worth it. We're always trying to find bigger & better ways to tell the stories of the crazy $*** we see, this year has been awesome! Thanks for watching. -Kyle
You've found a really nice system of editing and presenting the videos. I like how when you do a feature video of a car, there is good transition between on-track footage, and driver talk. It's nice having the "complete story" of a car for a weekend event and such. Takes huge dedication to film and edit all that. Great stuff guys (Y)
Did anyone notice how a piece hit the camera on the orange car and caught the crash perfectly. Good to see he got out to race again. Good job guys love the videos.
Sometimes the cameras adjust themselves to get the right shot. Check out the "Violent Drag Racing WRECK - Crazy GoPro Angle" video on our channel for a much more epic self-adjusting gopro :P
The guard rail would be fine for a normal road and getting hit by a normal car doing normal speeds but it doesn’t hold up well when a car hits it doing 150+ mph. You’d think they might make a better guard rail when they know they’re going that fast
actually no, it would have been worse if it was more sturdy. Give room is the point, to slow you down without the immediate stop. As they say, its not the speed that kills you, but the stop. G-force is a powerful thing and these guard rails are the result of a lot of testing, the only thing that might be better is a tire wall, but then it might bounce them back into the other racer.
This man signed pieces of his car away after a wreck that destroyed a project that’s been brewing for god knows how many hours/years. God bless people like him, that’s the real winner🏁
best wishes BOOGEYMAN I am very glad you are ok and wish you, family, and team the absolute best wishes and luck in the future! That's really too bad, the wreck then the fire, jeez!
Very welcome. I never like seeing shit like that happen to people, I've been doing nothing but shoveling shit past few months too so I know what your feeling. All I want is to get my car going, she's my "mind eraser" if you will. All the bullshit disappears or becomes manageable after a nice whooping on her. Take care and again best of luck to your whole fam and crew
He said the gas pedal was stuck but he still pedals it after he swerves in front of the other car 🤔 he still had control of it. he never hit nothing to cause it to get stuck ..... that's what it seems like
The throttle didn't get stuck, mainly because the back quarter hit the rail not the front, and you can hear him pedal it twice when it went back to the right lane
That's like saying the 5 mph bumper on your street car is a piece of shit because it was destroyed after a 80 mph head on collision. That makes no sense whatsoever.
That guard rail worked perfectly. You don't want to stop something going that fast. You want to control the impact. To soft and he is raidicly out of control. To hard and he would have bounced off to take another swing at the other car, or explode on the spot. That rail took just enough energy away to let the driver walk away.
Question. If this is just a "Grudge Race" does passing the center line still count as disqualification? And, if this is a grudge race, if he passed the (finish) line inverted, rolling, does he still win? (edit: forgot "finish" before line)
Awwwwww, thats so sad to see a so got crew. Lose everything in only one day. Now we just hope them come with anohter car! ugh, harsh one, but might possible :P
I'm not familiar with drag strips. Where's the finish line, the sign? Does it count if you're off the strip but, still have past the finish line first?
Dude wrecked his whole car which is probably worth over a hundred grand (idk) and the other dude is over here worrying about a tiny scratch on his bumper. Lol
Mick Rob Ahahahaha, you should know better, they don't need a reason, they have ALL the reasons to shoot at any given time. Welcome to 'Murica, foreigner.
Mick Rob Yeah like the person above me was saying, most cops wear bulletproof vests under their shirts. Some cops you can't even tell, at a racing event there's bound to be some drunk hicks who might just try and shoot a cop. Around crowds in general it's a good idea to wear a bulletproof vest.
This no prep crap so so stupid. Seems like every race a car is lost. Grown men calling each other out on social media like teenage girls, and everyone standing around the starting line. I've seen parts come off cars and be shot backwards hitting the tower 100' behind the line some have even hit people sending them to the hospital Alford stitches. These idiots are standing directly behind them. Then they hold these events at tracks that aren't prepared for cars running this speed. Old metal guard rails and probably no trained emergency response on site.
I agree you can hear him hit the throttle each time the car is unsettled (bad mistake), it did not stick after the first wall tap like the driver said. It might have stuck once the car started flipping but you can hear it clearly from Honey badgers on board go pro.
Yea they should have phased out all the guard rail tracks by now . and the policy about people past the water box at My track is clear there are NO PEOPLE except maybe a Crew Man because where I come from guys can stage there own cars ....
ikr, he calls others dumb (dumn) when he was the one who crashed a car in a straight line and then managed to burn it all down on the way home.... It doesn't come more stupid than this nascar hick.
subsist99 my guess is that in person....you wouldn't say shit....(but then again, fucktards like you never race at all....nothing but your mouths, as usual)
Driver seems to be just fine, but I hate to see a beautiful car like this destroyed. There are a lot of people who believe they could control something like this, and do a better job of driving, but there are a few items they don't take into consideration. Number one, with this much power there is a tremendous amount of momentum built up in the drive line, that you don't have in a normal driving circumstance. All those thousands of horsepower has been transferred into the drive line where if not stopped, (car put in neutral) the momentum will keep propelling the car until the momentum has dissipated. Forward motion by that time on the track will be at least 100 m.p.h. if not more. If you should hit the guardrail at 100 m.p.h. or better, at an angle, with your hands on the wheel, you can expect for at least one of them or a wrist or something else to be badly broken. The driver did the right thing by letting go, and the safety equipment did it's job, as it is intended. Also remember this happened in a period of a few seconds. One of the problems in trying to drive in this situation, is as long as long as any of us has been driving, we have responded to panic situations, by flashing back to using the normal steering ratios we all learned to drive with. Again this would not have worked in this situation. This driver obviously had the proper training, and is at least physically ok. The only good thing about this is, with the knowledge gained, we will hopefully see them back better than ever.
One of the few sensible comments here. Lets not also forget those rear tires with huge soft sidewalls that only have 5-10 PSI air pressure in them, they do not like to be side loaded, you cant just lift off the gas whenever you want, the car better be aimed were its going if you are gonna lift.
True....and some also need to keep in mind the track was covered with sand from a quarry across the street, and the wind blowing for a few days before this race...the track failed to clean anything before sending cars down the track......go frame by frame when the car crossed the centerline....and look at the dirt everywhere blowing under the car.....the racepak data showed the car was still going about 130mph when it went into the rail....the impact was over 6gs. It wasnt pretty.
Yeah, every time the car is out of the groove you can see it kicking up loads of dirt/debris, once the tires pick that crap up you are screwed. That was a pretty evil ride going right thru the guard rail.
Luvstruck ive been told by a few OG racers that have wrecked not to try and hold on but completely let go ...... it saved a lot of body parts seems like.... they even have arm restraints now but i dont think many use them could be wrong though
You still clean the dirt off the track fool...and that clearly never happened. Try paying attention to the amount of dirt everywhere before spouting off about some shit you know nothing about.
the whole point is to have that shit out there the thrill of the unknown listen to the fucking announcer in the video even those were the first cars of the night. maybe you should pay attention to the video " before spouting off about some shit you know nothing about."
Crowd funding would have the team a new rig in no time...c'mon, dig in those moth filled wallets guys, and toss the man a few bucks. A few dollars each for that video alone isn't too much to ask. The crash, a pointless one.....a racing accident, an online challenge spawned by ego's. Not a lot can be done on that, but the fire and subsequent loss of everything on the trip home was too much for me. I was thinking serves him right and all after seeing he was OK post crash, but add that fire and I changed my mind. Car , carrier and tools all gone in one go....what do you say to that ?? Sorry isn't enough I don't think...
Blows my mind how these guys can be such good sports as they look at $70k+ worth of parts and hundreds of hours crumbled up in a field. Glad he was alright.
I really respect people that do this kind of sport. You can spend YEARS with a team building a car from scratch, just to have it all gone on the first day of racing. Happened to a good friend of mine a while back. this type of sport takes guts, and a deep wallet.
And your a dumb fuck thinking it had anything to do about insurance.....with it being in a truck stop parking lot....instead of along some isolated back road......fool.
No...your actually the fool. Because thats my car and trailer....and I know what I was paid....so you shit talkers assuming it was insurance fraud....are just classless POS's in reality.....with nothing but some random thoughts of what you think (without any clue what was paid for or not). Get your facts right before talking shit and guessing......fool.
Accusing someone that just lost over 175k in equipment & car of insurance fraud....(with no facts in hand other than a stupid thought on your part)....makes you a total asshat. Thats reality.
Hey man its a common thing to assume. Total a car while racing, you can’t claim insurance on it, than while driving home it catches fire and burns down and than you can claim insurance. Everybody is entitled to their own thoughts and opinions. Arguing with one guy about on a TH-cam comment won’t change what happened that day or out come of what will happen.
And God surely hasnt fucked me over....unlike you, I own a dozen nice rides....and have been damn successful in life fool....and you ??....not so much....your just a tool on here talking shit....and when someone responds to YOUR shit talking....your all the sudden the rightious one. My guess is you sleep in your parents basement, a fucking deadbeat no-body, or you wouldnt of started this shit talking debate to begin with.....so we all know who the asshat here is.....clearly you fool. How does it feel to be a fucking deadbeat boy....Im just curious.
2kanchoo I drive no prep all the time. In fact a no prep at a certified Dragway is a hell of lot better than a no prep street race. Furthermore no prep pays off much more money. But it’s all in drag racing. That’s why you don’t take short cuts or buy used safety gear and you absolutely have to get your work done by licensed and certified person and shops. I have a 2017 Mustang GT Twin Turbo Street car and I would never ever dream of not going through the necessary time and resources for all my safety equipment.
Lil Trash panda Lol, no plus would never ever race with spectators along the length of the race strip. Not trying to go to jail for man slaughter. I️ just want to race and have fun. Stopped racing on public streets years ago. With the horse power level of most of these cars. Not worth getting killed for $3k-$5K.
Bad luck? Blessed? What kind of descriptor would you use for the recent young hockey team bus accident with 15 dead in Canada? How about Syrian families today? The children? How about the Rohinga? Rwandans? The European Jews and anyone else the nazis deemed unfit? The every day death by sheer hunger of thousands of children. The list is long and devastatingly horrible. All these beautiful children loved by their mothers and fathers praying deliverance until their hearts break. Apparently this god doesn't give a shit any more than any of the other multitude of gods throughout human history. Sorry to rain on your faith but fercrissakes think it over. There's no god that cares in the least for saving the driver of a ten second race. And how about some praise for the brilliant builders designers and engineers who seem to know a lot more about safety than any god does. God had enough trouble dealing with the chariots of iron!
Im not saying it was an insurance claim as I have no idea, dont know them or anything about them but I am wondering if these sort of cars are insurable and if so or not so what are they worth?
Poor guy. Thats a hell of a lot of money for your sport. I suppose you would either have to be very rich, or very good at it in which case you would have sponsorship? P.S. Thanks for you reply.
Why was the battery still connected! ?? That the only source for spark ! I understand your anguish! But it's the little things like a simple battery canection that burned you're whole rig down!......
To answer a few questions:
- Yes he paid the $5,000 for losing the race
- No it wasn't insurance fraud
- His name is Dave not Mike, whoops, sorry.
1320video we all get names mixed up sometimes, espically after a reck like that.
1320video humans lose 60k neronis a day so yeah
1320video Other guy could of at least told him ill take half, or nothing at all cause it wasnt a complete race. But idk the rules of these things
Erick Salas bet is a bet, and they raced with the stakes on so if you're a man of your word then you'd pay it regardless.
xXhunter47Xx True gotta keep your word.
That guy was one hell of a good sport about it. Handing out pieces to kids and all, props to him...
Cleetus McFarland indeed🖒
i agree
Cleetus Who?......sounds like a broken left axel, and a live battery left in a wreck. Bitcchin' Car,Naam ! You'll be back.
Doing it for dale hard boii
Cleetus McFarland lol my Nissan Altima that I'm upside down "accidentally" caught "fire" this week too
"Not a single scratch on you, the car did its job" ..best quote you can hear after an accident
Yeah really... if the car had done it's fucking job, he'd have won and not crashed!
kleetus92 The car got destroyed to absorb the impact pressure and the cage was intact so the driver could walk away without injuries. Job well done. We are all petrol heads but safety always come first.
MrDryhammer That was me when my Saturn Vue spun out of control and hit two trees
kleetus92 say that when your wrapped around a tree.
1:57 what are the chances of debris hitting the others cars camera only to readjust it to focus better on the crash. Its like final destination.
He zooms in in post processing lol...
Braed Zooming in doesn’t turn a camera...
Braed
Did he add the debris hitting the camera in post processing too?
@@-Burb the camera really didnt turn all that much it was always pointed in the general direction of the other car
Ik what you mean! And then the trailer Burnie down. Hate to say it but it seems like this is doomed or fate
I bet the batteries were left in it and started that fire
you know it......I think that might be the textbook definition of a bad day.
They were most likely damaged and therefore unstable..
or a good day,if its destroyed in the trailer insurance covers it!
Wrong fool...insuance covered nothing but 12k for the trailer....get your facts right dummy.
I bet they torched it to get that insurance money
As if the accident wasn't enough...
That's what insurance is for... 😉
Insurance fraud for sure
Insurance did not cover the losses.
BLADesCOre how do you know?
clint Miller Most insurance companies won't cover track activities. However some places offer track insurance.
I don't think we ever take enough time to appreciate how high quality these videos are
Sam C true 5+ years ago this would have been uploaded vertically on a 5mp cell phone and never been seen.
Great stuff guys (Y)
agreed. very very well made videos from 1320
I do .........I have dial-up internet svce.....lol.
Anyone else think it's ironic that there's a body shop advertisement right behind where he crashed
I never noticed that before dude! 🤣🤣🤣
I know it must cost loads but the main things is the bloke is ok 👌🏻
Yeah, I know, Duh! whats up, I hope the driver did go to the hospital after that. All kinds of stuff can show up a few hours later after that beating
*crashes into a auto body billboard*
Death by irony
was this the ultimate advertising troll video???
and then the sign lands on top of him
*an auto*
that car just wanted to die, crash then caught fire after damn
at what point did it catch fire?
if you watched till the end the trailer caught fire with the wrecked car inside
+Rafox6640 "at what point did it catch fire?"
After he threw a match on it!
sn0m0ns NHRA
Craigslist post: never beat on, never wrecked. Couple dents and dings. Good project car
theKFCbandit "Mechanics Special"
theKFCbandit check engine light due to an o2 sensor, easy fix.
Dammm it Jim.. you beat me to it.
Mechanics Special!Minor cosmetic damage.Ran and drove before parked. One owner, low miles.Never driven in rain!
Has new black primer to prevent rusting.
Well at least the fire started before it got home and burned down their house. Think positive right?
Dave Campe there’s nothing positive about what happened to his car
Earth Chan He didn't say there was.
love how you guys see a crash and never put that camera down love your videos man keep up the high quality and good work
+thor bjornsson I learned after my first big wreck - filming is like watching a movie to me, which could bite me in the ass some day
All I could do was smile at the guy signing his car.parts. Good luck dude. Good attitude.
Damn that car looked a wreck. True testament to how safety gear can save your life.
Thanks captain obvious.
Mr Velocity1577 You ain't lying
ohmanyourecool dick
If you watched the video there's no reason to reiterate what everyone just saw.
ohmanyourecool it's ok, I feel sorry for you. Trolling seems to be your day job, good luck!
Maybe he could use some kammerer auto body and paint
came down here to make that joke, but you beat me. good man lol
Thanks lol, I'm happy I'm the first
beat me too! haha
BuckeyeRides81 I was watching and I was about to comment that
BuckeyeRides81 says free loaner car, wonder if they have any promods..
I would take a turbo
i would take a huge dump on you though
Facts that's what I was thinking
Eytuned Slc lmao, wtf XD
Guy at 2:22 in the blue shirt was about to run to the car and help... but he ran away instead! Lol
lmfao I watched that part at least 100 times
he said F that im out!
Lolz dude was like "oh shit bae yo imma help this guy ou....oh fug that shit!"
Well if you seen smoke and debris flying everywhere would you run towards it ?
Did anyone notice how a piece hit the camera on the orange car and caught the crash perfectly. Good to see he got out to race again. Good job guys love the videos.
Sometimes the cameras adjust themselves to get the right shot. Check out the "Violent Drag Racing WRECK - Crazy GoPro Angle" video on our channel for a much more epic self-adjusting gopro :P
That's some genius marketing from Kammerer auto body and paint
i thought i was the only one to notice that lmfao
Who said drag cars are only good in a straight line they also corner like house flies
lee spender 👌😂
lee spender I haven't laughed at a comment in a while lmao
cheap ass guard rail
glad someone else actually thought of that too. Car wouldn't be as bad if it was a better rail.
For real, the car blew right threw it like a marble dropped onto wet toiletpaper.
The guard rail would be fine for a normal road and getting hit by a normal car doing normal speeds but it doesn’t hold up well when a car hits it doing 150+ mph. You’d think they might make a better guard rail when they know they’re going that fast
we have all but quit running at track that haven't gone to concret walls.too dangerous for all concerned.
actually no, it would have been worse if it was more sturdy. Give room is the point, to slow you down without the immediate stop. As they say, its not the speed that kills you, but the stop. G-force is a powerful thing and these guard rails are the result of a lot of testing, the only thing that might be better is a tire wall, but then it might bounce them back into the other racer.
you should make a donor for their next car maybe to get them on the track even faster I'm sure a good few of us will support it.
I'm a simple man, I see a car get destroyed, I like the video
i dont hope that to happen to anybody
Cringe
the camaro has mustang crashing potential
TheShadowOwl 😂😂😂 hell yeah
LOL!
TheShadowOwl no prep though
I don't get it.
Col. Angus mustang drivers aren't very good drivers does that explain
boogey man came for dat trailer
This man signed pieces of his car away after a wreck that destroyed a project that’s been brewing for god knows how many hours/years. God bless people like him, that’s the real winner🏁
maybe .001% of that car is the original camaro unlike the other car which has the whole body
best wishes BOOGEYMAN I am very glad you are ok and wish you, family, and team the absolute best wishes and luck in the future! That's really too bad, the wreck then the fire, jeez!
Thanks man....we appreciate that.
Very welcome. I never like seeing shit like that happen to people, I've been doing nothing but shoveling shit past few months too so I know what your feeling. Your an idiot too...listen to it when it go's into the right guard rail fool.....(your just NOT too bright)
Hey dumbass....listen to the throttle when is go's into the guard rail ripping the front end off the car.....you arent very bright....are you.
The throttle didn't get stuck, mainly because the back quarter hit the rail not the front, and you can hear him pedal it twice when it went back to the right lane
just to top it off the trailer HAAAAD to catch on fire
I remember watching this in real life. Track was shut down for a few hours
"it was movin" what a G
Well maybe if the dragstrip guardrails weren't shit useless he might have been able to repair the car...
MatthewShashy you don’t want to hit something solid at that speed. If anything they should have a tire wall or something “soft” for them to run into.
That's like saying the 5 mph bumper on your street car is a piece of shit because it was destroyed after a 80 mph head on collision. That makes no sense whatsoever.
if it didnt the car probably would have exploded into fireball right then and there
That guard rail worked perfectly. You don't want to stop something going that fast. You want to control the impact. To soft and he is raidicly out of control. To hard and he would have bounced off to take another swing at the other car, or explode on the spot. That rail took just enough energy away to let the driver walk away.
MotoX Champ
Someone please answer this, so what happens after the race? did boogieman have to pay Honeybadger?
I imagine so.
Well, I mean, technically boogeyman was first over the line still
If he wasn't a dick he would just call it off. Even if I hated a guy I wouldn't make him pay me after wrecking his baby.
he crossed in front - auto win to the badger.
I don't think you're allowed to take a win after cutting across the other guy twice. I mean I haven't read the rulebook but
need higher guard rails
Braindead 0025 looked like they were made out of card board
What was the cause of the initial pulling to the left? It wasn’t a left front tire flat, didn’t seem like anything popped off.
Tatrix I'm pretty sure there's insurance companies and they get funding from other people as well. just frustrating and they need to rebuild it.
Insurance probably won't cover the car but will probably cover the trailer.
just buy the dodge demon :)
Bro that made no sense at all
there is the problem, new car, probably didn't have it dialed in yet
trent ryan Also fairly new to the no prep i do believe
He's had it over a year, how long does it take to dial one in?
You wouldnt know driving that slow ass POS you own....thats a fact.
I doubt it boy.....you just got a mouth, thats about it punk.
All mouth...no balls...or you'd come talk in person one day. Fact.
fu&$ he had bad luck the day
So, what happened? Why did he lose control?
I'm not familiar with drag strips. Where's the finish line, the sign? Does it count if you're off the strip but, still have past the finish line first?
Dude wrecked his whole car which is probably worth over a hundred grand (idk) and the other dude is over here worrying about a tiny scratch on his bumper. Lol
Clorox Bleach he was not really angry about that, the video team probably just asked him about that
I don't think he was mad more along the lines of upset but 100%grateful that his car did what it did or else both cars would have been ruined
100k is light, prob between 150 and 200
More to show how close he was to getting wrecked too
whats up with the cops with is bulletproof jacket on a drag event??? ...
Mick Rob Its America, he doesn't need to be anywhere specific to shoot anyone with no justification.
stfu, Im no American but if you got shot, its cause you did something....
Its just big time paranoia werring this on a drag event
Mick Rob Ahahahaha, you should know better, they don't need a reason, they have ALL the reasons to shoot at any given time. Welcome to 'Murica, foreigner.
Mick Rob Yeah like the person above me was saying, most cops wear bulletproof vests under their shirts. Some cops you can't even tell, at a racing event there's bound to be some drunk hicks who might just try and shoot a cop. Around crowds in general it's a good idea to wear a bulletproof vest.
Most if not all departments require you wear the issued vest while on duty...
Insurance covers the trailer, right?
And everything inside it
So what happened? Did air get under the sun because it sort of seemed to sail instead of turning
It landed right next to a auto body repair sign 😂😂😂😂
This no prep crap so so stupid. Seems like every race a car is lost. Grown men calling each other out on social media like teenage girls, and everyone standing around the starting line.
That was an extreme pucker moment for the honey badger LOL.
that flying chunk of car adjusted the camera perfectly.
2:10 for the crash
the whole video is different angles of the crash dummy
Вася lol ur a fucking loser for liking ur own comment
5:20 for the Huffelump
YEP the track was NOT prepped at all. iam a LONG time drag race fan. and that video did NOT do any thing to help the sport.
Yeah, but it wasn't what started it, it was the major factor, but check that shimmy...
the race day is called NO PREP MAYHEM
the whole point was not to prep that day
You still clean the dirt off the track fool...and that clearly never happened. Try paying attention to the amount of dirt everywhere before spouting off about some shit you know nothing about.
the whole point is to have that shit out there the thrill of the unknown listen to the fucking announcer in the video even those were the first cars of the night. maybe you should pay attention to the video " before spouting off about some shit you know nothing about."
pro41willys So what you are saying is that on no prep day you prep it? Lmao.
Could he of corrected if he had pulled his chute at about 1:43?
madmick82 possibly but probaly not that wreck happned so fast so taking his hand off the wheel in time for it to make a difference isnt likely
madmick82 not likely. A chute takes several hundred feet to catch air and begin deceleration.
Also the danger of the chute and the 2nd car coming into contact.
Yea....woulda been right into the other car fool.....your clueless.
All that would've done was slow it down
Props on the editing for this video!
Thank you 1320 for the amazing footage!!!! So glad you strapped on those cameras! 60fps too!!!!
fire in the trailer?????? now there's a way to collect insurance on a wrecked race car!!!LOL -good thinking guys
Its a shame fucktards like you dont read before quessing bullshit and making stupid comments on here. Congrads
Ever tried to insure a racecar?
@@Putinhuylo3 That's how it works, it isn't insured on the track, so it would make sense to burn what's left off it outside the track
Next time the throttle gets stuck use your ignition switch.
The throttle wasnt stuck idiot.....did you bother even listening to the video ?.....the driver was off the throttle when it crossed over stupid.
3:30 - 3:39
Then dont talk about it ...bring it boy....Im easy to find fool.
Yes, it's very easy to find you a fool.
I think it was all insured, at least I hope something that expensive is.
Blows my mind how these guys can be such good sports as they look at $70k+ worth of parts and hundreds of hours crumbled up in a field. Glad he was alright.
"It was movin" Pure Badass.
They set that 🔥 for sure.
Raptor 450 Yeah, no they didn't. He's already said that insurance isn't covering any of the contents destroyed sooo nice try
They're only covering the trailer
well that looked like more than 10,000 in damage .all hail the honey badger !!
glenn sarconi yea more.like 100,000
Shit that'll all buff out lol 🤣
RV Cruza 😂😂😂
what camera are you using it has amazing quality?much respect..Lorenzo
I really respect people that do this kind of sport. You can spend YEARS with a team building a car from scratch, just to have it all gone on the first day of racing. Happened to a good friend of mine a while back. this type of sport takes guts, and a deep wallet.
Yawn... another camaro..
Way to blow all your hard earned inheritance money
Your an idiot too...."inheritance money"....how would you know where the money came from fool.
If that guard rail was not there, he would not have flipped over.
Mr. Finger yeah but he would've kept flying towards the trees, it could have been worse
Heck no, have you seen how far those trees are. The car could have survived easily by just spinning out on the grass.
Mr. Finger no? as soon as he would have hit the grass in that low ass thing going sideways it would've flipped anyway.
king budley I don't know, it probably would've straightened out though. But I wouldn't have been surprised if it did turn over.
Seems a little to convenient that it caught fire in the trailer
Glad he was ok. Proves safety devices are a must. Hope he gets back on the track soon. Best wishes!
The Auto Body billboard in the background is perfect!
Insurance fraud 101 right there
And if it wasnt....your just a fucking low life idiot....right ?, talking that bullshit. Go figure
Coming from a guy who Can't spell , Go back to school little boy
Go on a diet you fat fucking slob.
Don't make me call your parents
You need to lay off the chicken wings boy....and put a bra on.....geeeeez already. What a slob.
Why in the name of christ would you drive cars like that at a no prep event? Seems like excessive stupidity to me.
2kanchoo
I drive no prep all the time. I have a 2017 Mustang GT Twin Turbo Street car and I would never ever dream of not going through the necessary time and resources for all my safety equipment.
hope change comes have you hit a crowd yet
this was a joke no offence intended mustangs are cool cars
Lil Trash panda
Lol, no plus would never ever race with spectators along the length of the race strip. Not trying to go to jail for man slaughter. I️ just want to race and have fun. Stopped racing on public streets years ago. With the horse power level of most of these cars. Not worth getting killed for $3k-$5K.
lol true
Probably someone lit the trailer on fire cuz how could it get lit by itself?
+BMWCrown battery arcing / shorting out on something with flammable fluids all over the place from the wrecked car
1320video ohh I see now, but that still sucks
Good
I am glad he was okay, and he handled the loss like a true gentleman. People like him are what make the sport as good as it is.
Would you use the Rotary or the DA Polisher for this?
My Civic does a 19 second quarter mile and I have never lost control of it! Guess I'm just a better driver than this clown.
Ti Ha are you joking
I can run that quater mile 500 times without running out of fuel in my prius.
Why don't you try driving a 2000+ horsepower race car
You are an assclown....driving a 19 second car too.....congrats
Bad luck for the grey car, but blessed for the driver. Let ALL GODS CHILDREN SAY AMEN🙏
Shut up, Donald.
Donald Tate go fuck a bible
Bad luck?
Amen!!!
Hood cam from the Nova was one of those "Oh shit" moments. You can see the throttle linkage slam shut in a millisecond.
when did this happen? i live fairly close to Wichita and I haven't seen anything about it on the news. maybe they don't cover this kind of news...
+Kansas Country this weekend at Kansas international Dragway
5:20 holy shit, what's that in the background?
Notice how there is a body shop sign right where he crashed. He's gonna need one of those😂
glad driver is good but they make prep for a reason , no prep events are DUMB AS HELL !
went from hero to zero !
Just wondering, is there any emergency shutoff in any of these cars? A runaway throttle seems like it could be a pretty big deal.
That older dude, wasn't even shook up! Damn!
Thats pretty good ad placement by the billboard!
It’s funny how the crash happened right under an ad for a bodyshop 😂
What is it with the metal guardrails Concrete barriers please
Are there any estimates on how much he lost that day total? $5k bet. How much did he have in that car and trailer and how many hours of labor?
that is one humble man and props to him for being a man and paying up fuck... the world needs more people like him !!
Damn, That old man is a Legend!! If that was my grandpa I would cry but if he survived in a car crash like that ill be impressed
That was one unlucky day but at least no one got hurt too bad. I'm glad to see how well the man took it after too.
1:02 Thats Reall Power!!! The Sound of All American Muscle!
Take notes Civic boys!
Impressive, upping the stakes like that right on the spot, and not being pissed about it.
Im not saying it was an insurance claim as I have no idea, dont know them or anything about them but I am wondering if these sort of cars are insurable and if so or not so what are they worth?
A car like that Camaro is a bit over 250K to build.....and it wasnt insured
