Thank you. I hadn't done a Hatha practice in a long time. They are perfect for mental strengthening through slow movement. There were a couple of comments about the Sun Salutations at the beginning not being done slowly. I found them to be slow though, and in keeping with the tempo of the practice. Very enjoyable.

Hey! Welcome to the channel 😊 It wasn't meant to be a slow flow practice but a Hatha Yoga class which is mostly static. Apart from the Sun Salutations - I mentioned that in the intro, sorry it still caught you off guard! Happy you still enjoyed it!
Very nice flow, however, the speed and the dynamic of the sun salutations were completely unexpected - hurt my back when dynamically throwing up the arms for the backbend. Also I personally am not too fond of changing the direction on the mat as I deliberately chose my view for the practice - and you also cannot move the device as you flow, so you end up turning your head towards the screen in all kinds of awkward positions. Nevertheless, I am very grateful for and truly enjoy practicing with you ❤
Hi Anja, sorry this practice wasn't all you expected. I did mention in the intro that there was a dynamic part - the sun salutations. I was also hoping that my cues are accurate enough that you can follow them without looking at the screen the whole time and instead focus on your body and your breath. I understand how that can be tricky if you are not familiar with the poses yet. So feedback noted 😊 Please make sure to move mindfully at all times to avoid hurting yourself 🙏
