that is great Holiday Flow. i just started my way into Yoga this year with this channel. If you can design Shakti yoga ,chakra yoga period pain relief yoga and other flow so beautifully...then you can also create wonderful yoga pcos or ovarian cyst to resolve women's health issue in a great way. Sister 😇...I am sure about it..your task is to design a yoga flow with focus on female reproductive organ

I appreciate your flows a lot, i like that your vinyasas aren't like running but i actually have time to feel my body in the poses, especially because i breathe slow and deep so it takes time to get from one pose to another. I would love to see more 45-60min videos :)

Since starting your yoga practise, have you have had an interruption for several months? I had a solid foundation in yoga - but it all crumbled to down to 0 again, and I'm left with deep disgust towards the practise. I truly wonder if this has a deeper purpose or everyone else makes has made similiar experienced. I suddenly feel that yoga enhances inauthenticity
Hey thank you for sharing! I definitely had breaks here and there over the last decades, be it due to injuries or because of other things going on. I somehow always found my way back. I wouldn’t know how a mindful practice of yoga (asana) would enhance inauthenticity. I guess it makes sense to feel into it and observe if maybe it’s just the initial difficulty of starting to practice again or if maybe it’s just not for you, both are fine - there are so many modalities to choose from 😊
