For those asking about the suit, its called the untouchable. You can unlock it by dodging more or less 20 punches in a row in a fist fight. What i did is that i kept dodging (basically spam square or X) until the new outfit unlocked notification pops up. You are welcome
For the other suits, the murphy can be unlocked by completing the military obstacle course towards the east of the city and the incognito outfit can be unlocked in the case “the set up” tail candy edwards without getting spotted (note: i didnt use cover for the time i played for the suit. Dont know if its a requirement i was going for the achievement) hope this helps guys

Also, he didn't give up the whole incident with Tiernan at the doorstep until Phelps had told Mcafrrey that Tiernan strongly accused MCafrrey of threatening to kill Summers, soo he felt betrayed by Tiernan for revealing that and so, he told the truth! I charged on McAfree too, idk why but now if I had to choose again, it was Tiernan's fault for what happened to Evelyn (he shouldn't have shut her out at night, she did her best to solve the problem...and Tiernan doing resulted in her death... and also it's on him, as per the evidence belonged to Tiernan(Minus the fact that weapon which was given by Tiernan was found at MCafrrey's, isn't his)
You know I feel bad for the liquor store owner (aside from the victim of course). He seems genuinely sad about her death and i think he is one of the more decent people in the game. It's not often we question someone who's really wants to help and we don't have to push them much for information. Poor shnoock😕

My theory is this is something Cole would have done in real life as there's a time lapse between cases which is evident in the game. Yes, but if not for Captain Donnelly wanting to personally lock up Eli Rooney, Hugo Moller would've been charged. Edit: Since this post, I've come to find out that there's a cutscene where the groundskeeper came to the station and identified Hugo, leading to a chase scene. I never realized that it was officially part of the story, because of the way the case played out (Captain wanting Phelps to accuse Eli Rooney).
I have played this game soo many times and I've never been this confused. I was playing the game and got to the interrogations at the end and chose to interrogate Tiernan first. After going through about a million times trying to find the answer to the first question, I looked up the video and i stg I've done everything exactly as u have in the video and I dont have the clue about Tiernan from McCaffrey.
I did a coupple of things out of order and i kind of fucked myself over. I went to speak to McCaffrey before going to the liquor store, so i wasnt able to use the book as evidence until the very last moment. The game said i found all the clues but it turns out i DIDN´T find McCaffrey´s bloody shirt, so when it came the time to accuse them, i was in a dead game because i wasnt able to call R&I to trace the shirt, so i couldn´t get the confession from McCaffrey. Thank god this video exists because i was about to accuse the other guy.

Alonzo Mendez's apartment has the socket wrench and bloodied boots and his window was open. Eli's uniform was in the trunk of Diedre's car but how would Garrett Mason just easily plant it there along with the weapon and triple braid rope, but how can Garrett just easily imply Eli? How can Garrett plant Antonia's jewelry in Clem's fruit store room without being noticed? Stuart Ackerman's cabin in his camp has Theresa's handbag along with the ticket to the Crystal Ballroom but how and why would Garrett imply a random hobo that somehow a witness would identify? The lug wrench and note are in McCaffery's apartment but how can Garrett break in without raising suspicion to plant those stuff in there? There's just too many plotholes in this that I feel like would be impossible.
I just realized the studio that made this game only made 1 game and it was this one lol. They were shut down by rockstar immediately after the release of this game for being a toxic workplace amd overworking their employees The game was also delayed several times which explains alot of it.

The evidence being circumstantial is the point of all of these cases, since none of the guys were the culprit in their case. Phelps kept thinking that it didn't add up correctly, while Rusty and Donnelly were pleased at the charging all-too-convenient prime suspects As for the search at McCaffrey's, I'm not sure how search laws were in the 40s, but it would definitely be an illegal search in this day and age
I still don't understand the dialogue at 3:23-3:39. What is this "pledge" are they talking about? Then they, I assume, bargain for some amount of money, 50, 20, and then 10, and suddenly the pawn guy agrees to show them the ring, with Rusty saying something along the line "you should be lucky (he's) getting it" Then no money is exchanged in the end. What is Rusty doing, exactly?
My guess is that the pawn broker is probably going to lose the rings, as they're (possibly) linked to the Deidre Moller case. Since he likely can't sell them, Rusty talked the price down so the pawn broker at least gets something in return. Also, Rusty probably knows the rings won't sell for very much, so he's not fooled by the $50 and $20 requests by the pawn broker

As for the search at McCaffrey's, I'm not sure how search laws were in the 40s, but it would definitely be an illegal search in this day and age

I still don't understand the dialogue at 3:23-3:39. What is this "pledge" are they talking about? Then they, I assume, bargain for some amount of money, 50, 20, and then 10, and suddenly the pawn guy agrees to show them the ring, with Rusty saying something along the line "you should be lucky (he's) getting it"
Then no money is exchanged in the end. What is Rusty doing, exactly?
My guess is that the pawn broker is probably going to lose the rings, as they're (possibly) linked to the Deidre Moller case. Since he likely can't sell them, Rusty talked the price down so the pawn broker at least gets something in return.
Also, Rusty probably knows the rings won't sell for very much, so he's not fooled by the $50 and $20 requests by the pawn broker

I chose Tiernan the tire iron had the bowling alley name on it and I believed he did it and forgot about it cause he drank so much. I also beliebe they wanted McCaffery just because he was a red which is also slightly pointed out by the Captain if you choose to arrest Tiernan.
