- Chase is undoubtedly the largest bank in the US for a reason. However, you must choose a bank which works for your lifestyle. Capital One in my humble opinion takes a modern approach to banking which I love.

Haha this one cracked me up, love your sense of humor. I have a Capital One savings account so you can be sure that I'll be validating those interest payments to the cent!
Monty - Thanks for playing along with my shenanigans 😂😂. As they say, there is always a little bit of truth in most jokes :)
This was an awesome video. It is crazy to think that some people would prefer the brand over actually making money.
Comments like this is what makes me push to keep going. Thank you very much for watching. I refuse to buy into any ecosystem until I can see the val.
Just trying to jolt folks into focusing on getting value.
I agree. The capital one app is so easy to understand and it is user friendly!
I have Checking, and Savings accounts with both Chase and Capital One. I love visiting the Capital One Cafe here in Scottsdale, Az
The CP1 Cafe is such a nice concept. I'm really rooting for CP1 to continue to grow and get better. I mostly bank with Amex and Citi but I spread the love around so that I can keep up to date on product offerings etc.
I saw one of those cafés on vacation once but haven't had a chance to visit one. Honestly any money they aren't putting into structures is fine by me if they keep interest on savings and cd so much higher than traditional banks
I couldn't agree more.
Funny 😂😂
Capital one is awesome
AND innovative. I'm rooting for 'em.
@@RSquared-travel-rewards But i feel like Capital one should make and create more Online Banking services for there members like...Roth IRA, Retriment, brokerage accounts, And have more accounts like Fedility and Vanguard THAT WILL BE SO AWSOME
It's hard not to like Capital One. Just remember they're a tech company disguised as a bank, no different from Apple, Tesla, and Google are in their respective industries. Removing the soul from companies and basing all business decisions on algorithms.
I'm jealous you have the cafes where you live! I guess there aren't many here on the west coast. They look so nice.
They really are. Where is home for you?
@@RSquared-travel-rewards California! I assume the closest near me would be in Los Angeles.
@@pachabee It is a cool vibe and it really is just a modern cafe with a couple ATMs located inside. What makes it a bank is that there are cafe ambassadors around that you may ask questions about CP1 credit cards or bank accounts but there are no employee offices. Other than that, it's a large Starbucks because there is so much space which folks just bring their laptops to work for the day.
@@RSquared-travel-rewards Thats awesome! Honestly, a large part of what I'm looking for, other than the obvious rewards of using them, in banks and credit cards is the customer service.
@@pachabee The CS at this cafe/bank is spectacular but we all know that CP1's call-in CS isn't quite there yet. Perhaps it will continue to improve as they grow larger.
It's so cool that they have a cafe, Dubai banks need to catch up 😂
Come on Dubai banks. Why are you sleeping on cafes? Another biz opportunity? Let's go!!
the part about interest rates had me crying
I'm glad you enjoyed it😂. I feel a little guilty about questioning the Chase rep. He was visibly confused because no one had ever asked him for tea or coffee.
Capital one is my best bank account.
Love them for sure but Amex is my goto bank and only because of its 1/2 MR point per dollar spent on my debit card. BTW, I've never used my debit card because I don't have a use case 😂😂. I have it just in case lol.
As a chase fanboy we are now fighting back. We have recently created a video in response to this one in less thrn 10 minutes taking a deep dive into what captial one in person banking is all about (Every one of your little deep dark secrets) Lead by our president joe hola "mi gente" Barretos We as chase fanboys have decided enough is enough 😂😂😂

You're mad for this one 😂 "can I get the wifi password?"
I was sure he was going to ask me to leave. I'm floored that he took the questions as serious ones. It was fun 😂😂
LOL - great satire😎 sad but true
Glad you enjoyed it 😊
😂🔥🔥🔥
No idea where one of those cafes are.
Of course CP1 has significantly fewer locations when compared to Chase but it just so happens that they work for me. However, the concept is great and I'm hopeful that they will grow.
Lol 0$=0$ is good 👍🏼
Glad you appreciate the humor. We can't always take credit card videos too seriously 😂
