I shared this with my friend and we were able to have a proper conversation about the way she’s been avoiding meeting up and posting photos and avoiding mirrors, it’s helped so much, thank you

Thank you so much for watching and helping to reduce the stigma of BDD, I can’t believe 132 years have passed since it was first clinically described👍🏻. I offer a 7 step treatment programme for body dysmorphic disorder, please contact me if you would like to learn more 💝

Thank you so much, my intent is to raise awareness and spread the word far and wide so that most people are aware and informed about body dysmorphic disorder- especially after the pandemic where there is the expectation to have life largely online! 👍🏻

Thank you so much. I feel it is an important topic to raise awareness about, especially given that individuals are 45 times more likely to die by suicide if left untreated. Thanks for your support 👍🏻

Why do people judge according to our appearance? I think everyone already know that the beauty is inside.

Hilarious! A bird lecturing others on accepting your own physicality, yet clearly has gone in for cosmetic 'enhancements'. Ooh the hypocrisy!
I recall some time ago taking you out for your tea, possibly Haworth, I can't quite remember. However I do remember you probing me on my financial standing. And when my answers weren't to your satisfaction you rolled your eyes and muttered to yourself 'why can't I just meet a guy who's got money..'
    Yup, typical bird.
