Thank you so much! I have struggled for days trying to cut my small font and weed it. Nothing worked and I couldn’t find anything else on utube to help. I used the iron on plus on my cricut setting and this worked so well. I had a couple of spots I had to work with a tiny bit…but your advise worked amazing! You saved me from just giving up! This has been the best video to help with small font writing! Thanks for your help! The Everyday iron on help me so much. I did use the Washi setting for the longest but the everyday iron worked the best.

Oooh, I have to try this! I have a maker, so I will try the everyday iron-on with more pressure, but I’m also going to see how using the premium outdoor vinyl works for me. I’ve struggled to get good cuts & washi didn’t work for me either. Thank you!!

I’m using small letters but I’m doing on the infusible ink transfer paper do you think it will work the same if I use those settings? Have you tried it with that kind of transfer paper? Thx.
Hi, unfortunately I am not sure. I haven’t used infusible ink transfer paper yet
Good point: How do you recognize "good quality" vinyl - I think I got stuck with an old batch, it's nearly impossible to free from it's backing, even with strong grip transfer tape, is that possible, does it get old? Which vinyl do you recommend as a good quality vinyl?
Mainly from recommendations, I review a lot of vinyl and craft products on my social media pages. The brands I like to use are; Zwanzer, HTV Ront, vinyl frog, cricut, teckwrap and siser.

Yes they are already set on cricut design space. If you watch the video at 4 minutes it will show you how to access them
Hi I have air 2 I've put it onto iron on + it's asking me to switch on mirror ? Tried to cut and it's lifted the font. What have I done wrong please? 😕
You don’t have to mirror, it’s asking you as this is usually used for heat transfer vinyl.
For thin letters, you use a factory knife or must have a special one on the machine..?
No special one, I just use the blade the machine came with

No, HTV settings are slightly different
How small can you go? Can it work with 1/2 cm? or less?
The smallest I have tried is 1cm any smaller I would prefer the reverse weeding method

Htv is slightly different depending on the type of HTV you have
How do you transfer it though, doesn’t easily gets transferred to transfer tape

I try to write with a 6cm wide and 1cm high but it doesn't allow me even I unlock it

Sorry I haven’t tried dollar tree vinyl, we don’t have it in the UK. Give it a try hopefully it works 🤞

My Cricut is destroying every cut. Nothing is coming out right. it's brand new. Im so frustrated. Especially letters.They r always destroyed. I hope this works.
Hopefully it does. The brayer tool I use is also fantastic at adhering the vinyl to the mat
