My son is in Tallahassee. We live in the on the border of GA and FL on the coast so we’ll get the bad side, but still a tropical storm for us. I have never been away from any of my kids during a hurricane. He is promising to keep me updated, but I’m still incredibly anxious.
Thanks for your video here. It really made a difference. Your reporting was far more useful and far more accurate than every other report I saw on the news, TH-cam, and national hurricane center. Your graph of the surge between 6 PM and 12 PM convinced me to leave my house and go inland. I’m glad we did. Why doesn’t ABC news have you doing the report on TV instead of the Talking Heads who have possibly a journalism degree from a community college? Or, the weatherman who talk a lot, but say nothing.
@@cynthiacrapster6877 They don't mention it's a only a small path where winds are that destructive, something like ten to twenty miles width. Any shift in the path makes a big difference
Not yet. Unfortunately it is supposed to hit at night that's the worst because of possible power outages and power companies can't restore power during a hurricane
The tide is not pushed and pulled! C’mon! You’re the expert spouting nonsense-science! The correct description would be “that despite earth rotating out of the high tidal bulge, surge continues to keep the coastal sea rise level high.”
@@bobbykiefer4306 When you are the PAID EXPERT in the room and you’re speaking in front of a public audience, you 100% have a responsibility to be 100% accurate or just don’t talk. But spouting the same old wrong descriptions is really sad. No wonder people no longer trust science.
But I read a comment yesterday that its moving too fast so it would not absorb enough moisture. So if it’s slowing down does it mean it will absorb more moisture and become more deadly??? 😢😢
Praying for everyone safety in Hurricane 🌀 Helen's path 🙏
why do bots pray? Is this an attempt to spread fear?

Sure you are.
