I remember watching this movie when it first came out, and I thought what a good movie. You can feel the emotions of all the main characters, the reasons to what they are doing and doing it for! Your recap is just beautiful, it highlights this at the beginning, middle and end. Your voice is legendary. Keep up the good work.

I never quite understood why the brothers had to resort to robbery to pay off the reverse mortgage on their land. Chris Pine tells his son that they found oil on their land. He could have asked for an advance from the oil company and paid off the loan.
As they only had days before the loan came due, they probably thought they didn't have the time for the paperwork
Can't make claim to land that's not yours. I borrow a dollar off you and in return give my "rock", I also say I'll pay you back in 7 days plus $50 for interest. You say okay. Then I find out theirs a diamond inside that rock that's worth $10,000. I can't legally borrow money from anyone unless you agree. And why would you agree, in 7 days you will legally own my rock and everything inside it. You can keep the rock sell it and keep all the money yourself. Why give it back for $51?
