I’ve been using a tru ball pro diamond extreme and, I like it okay but, both jaws open and it I can be a little inconsistent. I’ve wanted to try a spot hogg thumb/back tension release but, most of them are way too expensive for me. I’m diggin the whipper snapper 4-finger version. Nice Hoyt bow as well.
@@patrickian8843 thanks for the comment! Overall I prefer a single jaw design as well, and I hear you on the price point. I think I’m going to run this one until the wheels fall off.
I like it. One complaint is the adjustability is limited. It also can’t be set up for a hard trigger. I like to set up stiff with the thumb button out of the way so I can simply pull instead of punching the thumb button. This release doesn’t allow for this request.
Just picked one up today bro I’m excited to try a thumb release.. been using the wise guy for about a year now
Hell yeah man. The wise guy is a fantastic release, probably the best index you can buy. Hope the Snapper works well for you too!

Do you know what size Allen key adjusts the tension?
Good question, it's a very small key, 3/64". Cheers!
Are these made in USA?
Yessir, Oregon
With that kind of a set up I’d bet you could kill a deer at over 50 yards
Definitely did that, definitely would not recommend it 😂
