I don't see any "step by step free guide" showing me how to hire a VA. Also, I did click on the 6-Week VA Intensive Program and VA Guide Document which I'm not sure if that's what you were talking about, I put my email in there, and the page refreshed really quick and then didn't confirm that it worked, and it didn't send me an email.

It depends on your arrangement. There are VAs who can work on a graveyard shift. You just have to communicate it with them so they'll know what to expect.

4:20 are you saying someone could use online/ph to find a VA via subscription then cancel, and pay direct? Cutting out the subscription and imposing/ fixing your own hourly rate?
Please update your video and don’t use a graphic designer as your example to “have them do an assignment”. It’s not the same as other tasks you can ask other VAs to do. Asking a graphic designer to “create” and do an assignment prior to hiring demonstrates how people know nothing about design and the programs used to create them. It’s not simple. Plus, the end result is highly subjective. You’re wasting everyone’s time. You’re also asking them to do free work, which is unethical. If you don’t hire them, you’re adding insult to injury and covertly telling saying they have poor artistic value. They should already provide you their portfolio. If you want to “test” them out, you should PAY THEM and actually spend some time thinking about what you want, versus some throw away graphic you won’t even use. Spend some time thinking about what you want - put in some effort to think about what you want and pay $3-5 for a bespoke logo, graphic, color design, color corrected photo or whatever. I design. It’s not “quick”. At all. That’s why I have a portfolio to show you my work. That’s why I have other graphic designers. I also use this website to find my designers. The amount of designers I’ve hired that tell me how much free designs they do without pay and then not getting hired is appalling. They would never say that because they want the job and it’s so competitive on that site.

How do hours work? I need a VA from 1-8pm 4 days a week. But their local time will be middle of the night.
