    I just passed 800 miles on my first wheel, V12HT and am looking at a suspension wheel. I've learned that I'm more of a range person seeing as I pretty much max out my V12HT every time I ride it, so I'm looking at the Sherman S.
    Have you ridden one yet? I'd love to see a video review if you have. So far I really enjoy your content and have found a lot of your tidbits very helpful.

      I love my HT. I wish they made a Super HT and kept as much of the same ergonomics but more power and range. I'm looking for a new wheel and considering the Master Pro or Sherman or Mini Commander, but I really trust in motions durability with the V12HT.

      Shermy S owner here. I highly recommend riding your current wheel for another 500 - 1000 kilometers. You gotta be ready. Then get yourself a sherman ;)

      @@mrclickclickboom69 at the rate I've been riding I'll probably have close to a total of 3500 Kilometers on the V12HT before order the Sherman S. I live in Alaska and I know I'll ride a bit this winter, but not enough to warrant ordering another wheel until probably February or March. Now that I use it as my main mode of transportation, I average about a 260km a week, which will slow down quite a bit when it starts snowing next month. Once snow is on the ground I'll probably only get 20 to 40km a week. Not sure how the batteries will handle the cold.

    I'm a new EUC rider, and I'm working on improving my stance, and turning capability. So far the most effective approach I've found is a combination of putting my outside leg against the EUC, and then leaning into the turn. If I need to tighten the turn I push down slightly on the inside pedal. Does this seem like the right approach? Watching your stance it doesn't appear that you use your thighs to press against the EUC at all through the turns, so I'm wondering if there's a different technique that would improve my skills?

    • @BruceWayne15325
      @BruceWayne15325 ปีที่แล้ว

      @choochtech I decided to go off-road today, and I decided to copy your riding stance (keeping my feet from the knees down, firmly rooted, but letting everything above the knees float loosely with my legs slightly bent.) That helped a TON! To answer my previous question in case any other newbie readers are curious. When I went off-road I crashed a ton, and it made me decide that I needed to get better at obstacle avoidance. Chooch tech mentioned in one of his videos that he uses carving for that, so I practiced carving for a while, just pushing down on the inside pedal and allowing my arms to dangle freely which caused them to perfectly counter balance by moving the opposite direction of the turn naturally. This worked wonderfully, and if I needed to turn quicker then I could just aim my belly button where I wanted to go, and I would turn perfectly without having to over analyze anything.

    Hi guys, I've been riding an 18XL for a year & have 2,200km on it. I'm now looking to upgrade to something faster, with suspension. I'm in New Zealand, so not all wheels are available here, but I'm thinking V13 or V14. I'm 110kg/240lbs & almost exclusively looking at road rides. Chooch does a good sell on the V13 :) Thoughts?

    The V13 is bar none the fastest electric unicycle in production. Full stop. The fact that there isn't unanimous agreeance on such a fact is extremely concerning. This community lols. Anyway, you have to have the size that a 22 inch tire diameter brings if you're going to be going those speeds. If you're going those speeds, you need the size. Period.
    If you don't want the size, you'd be beyond blessed to own a Sherman S :)

I weigh 185lbs and have been riding the V13 for about 3 months, but honestly I suck at getting it to move. I can barely crack 40mph when I have tailwind.
