Toning my bleached hair at home with Wella T28!

I bleached my hair myself at home and I would recommend going to a salon, but if you’re going to do it at home make sure you use 20 volume no higher. It’s less damaging and even if it take a few sessions it’s worth it. If anyone even sees this video and you have any questions please feel free to ask! :)🩵
