Can you elaborate on puck dryness and dealing with the entire post pull process. I like what you are pulling down save for the potential wet pucks and general lack of accessories. Very compelling content though

Thanks for the comment. If I grind correctly my pucks are pretty dry and knock right out into the knock box. I'm posting a new video today and actually show you the puck once I pull the shot.

I love ninja espresso on my Kinu + Flair. What do you think of the grind quality between the Niche to Kinu? I've heard some people say they are very comparable. I am really pleased with my Kinu for consistency, low/zero retention, fluffy grinds with almost no clumping. And I love the quiet process of hand grinding.

Me too. The Flair was actually my first lever machine that I originally got for travel. I still use it from time to time as it makes great espresso but does take longer to setup and clean up versus the Ponte Vecchio. The Kinu grinder is almost perfect for the price and just about as fast! I think the Niche is great and very consistent. When I set up both and pull shots using the same beans it's very hard to tell the difference. I haven't done any formal tests -- maybe I should!

@@leverfanatics1978 That would make a cool video. A long term comparison of the Flair and Ponte Vecchio could be cool too - maybe pull two shots and talk about the pros and cons :) I'm really enjoying your channel

What setting do you use on the M47 for an espresso grind?
BTW - I use only hand grinders - don't want to deal with noise and as we age - you need every excuse to keep moving - however small...

I have just purchased the 1 Group PV, but I’m hesitant to change the bar pressure, can you do a video on how to do that? Thanks in advance if you can be bothered.

May I ask where you purchased yours? I can’t seem to find a reputable vendor in the USA.
