Bowling 2 challenge shot leagues and working on figuring lines out quickly and trying new things in league. Teaching 2 teammates on these patterns. Using different balls that are all coming out to see what the differences are on the challenge shot more than the house shot. Tournaments as well to prep us for the winter season to keep us sharp.
It is funny that you say you will go to tournaments with all solids and taking the surface up on some. I have put almost all pearls away in the closet except for a really weak pearl that I can throw when then lanes are fried for games 7-8. Otherwise I have strong-early solids, hybrids, and I love solids that get down the lane before making the turn to the pocket. The Ebonite "The One" Remix has been my staple middle of the bag ball. Maybe I need to try the Brunswick line of pearls, I have had no luck with Motiv pearls (other than Fatal Venom). Loving my move to Brunswick/Hammer/Ebonite. My current tournament bag: Jackal Ghost (only non-brunswick ball), Zenith Hybrid, Ebonite The One Remix, Cutting Edge, Black Widow Hybrid 2.0, and Purple Hammer. Maybe I need to try an Ebonite Pearl and see if I like it better than pearl from the other manufacturers.

There are a lot of tournaments in SoCal right now. Usually have a choice of 2 to 3 most weekends.
I mostly do summer league bowling and some golf during the summer
I’m bowling once a week in a non-sanctioned no tap casino league this summer. It’s my only practice session before fall league starts.
Really nice review. Explained more in plain English, for the average bowler like me.
I'm still studying for my fall semester classes because I have one exam left, and I want graduate next year.

During the summer I bowl in a challenge pattern league. Switched to two handed for the league.
@jrproshop I would like to see this compared to other pearl balls, like the ethos and others that might perform similarly.

To my eye it looked like he only threw 1 good ball in the right spot with the Polaris. Kept pulling every shot inside with it. 😆🤦♂️
