How do you like the black hammer? I just got mine a couple months ago and it has the same shape as the purple. It's actually a little stronger as I keep my purple lane shined and the black with some surface. Gives me two options to start with on sport shot.
My favorite Bowling Balls: Storm Summit, Ebonite The One Encore, Hammer Envy Tour Pearl, Storm Crossroad, Motiv Trident Odyssey, and 900 Global Reality Check.
Great video Jimoo... I have a Pitch Black and a Motiv Black Cenom for the burn and short patterns, BW 3.9 and Phaze 2 for medium patterns and Rotogrip Duo and Hustle M-M for longer oatterns
I've really liked the Crimson Jackal recently. I find it really easy to throw that one anywhere from the 25 or all the way down to 40 just by adjusting my wrist. They oil the lanes in the morning but my league is at night making it unpredictable so it's important to have a ball that I can shoot from anywhere. I don't usually like pearls but this one is a little less angular than usual and a little more predictable. I also love my Black Venom. I know it's cheating cause it's a 2023 ball but I like it for the same reason Jimoo likes the Pride Liberty. It's a little weaker which I prefer. Blends the oil really well I find making it super consistent as the lanes transition.
the ion max is gonna hook a lot earlier and be much slower coming into the pocket then both of those. I would for sure go with the phaze II, you can pretty much throw that ball on any condition its insane.
But it’s balanced lowkey. Typically a two handed spare game would be harder to learn than a one handed. Not to mention if u go rlly high or short on a shot as a two hander, there is a rlly good chance you’ll leave the 4-9, or 2-8-10 off of that miss. But one handers typically have enough hold to only leave single pins
Anyone who has done both knows 2 handed is just as hard. Me and multiple my friends average 225+ (house shot of course) and around 200 on sports shot and we all bowl both 2 handed and 1 handed, same averages for both. The negatives for 2 handed are just as apparent as 1 handed. It's way harder to be accurate, and way harder to control ball speed bowling 2 handed. On difficult shots, if the 2 hander isn't as good as the 1 hander, the better carry won't come even close to making up for it.

How do you have the Ruby IQ Tour drilled?
If I were to rank ever ball I've ever thrown
Phaze II
Idol Pearl
Hammer Effect
Tropical Surge
Pitch Black
Trouble Maker
Rhino
What about the ION max? I've been considering this ball instead of the phase II or IQ tour solid

Those are 3 completely different balls for 3 completely different uses
Origin, X- Cell, and Ion Pro as a Two handed bowler
Let's goooo IQ ruby
BARKS AND SIMOO PLEASE
Kinda wish they'd ban 2 handed bowling. If ya can't get the same revs with one arm you're cheating.
I get the same revs with one hand. I just don't put my thumb in it!!

At the end of the day. Saying two handed should be banned is just an excuse for one handers bc their pin carry isn’t as good😂
