If you play GTA 5,you know why. It's very difficult as AI were much smarter. I mean,AI tank operater can shoot the turret unlike in GTA SA where both police and military will ram you. In GTA 5,police able to do drive by so escaping without having a gun is almost impossible. Believe me, getting 4 star enough to get you killed in GTA 5 even in Single player.
