GTA 5 has another way of getting tanks. Just buy it from Warstock Cache and Carry (maximize your income and buy a hangar before doing so). Then, it will be available inside your personal hangar (LSIA Hangar for Michael and Franklin, Sandy Shores Hangar for Trevor).
