Installing 25" light bar on my ATV.... Will it help much??

- Hi everyone, decided to order a Nilight 25" light bar from Amazon to try and get some more light output for winter time plowing snow. Especially seems how it will get dark at about 5:30pm or earlier in the winter. So, i ordered the light bar and wire harness with the toggle switch and 2 leads. In this video i will show how i mounted and installed everything and also see how well the new light bar performs compared to the stock lights.

You could tilt it up some more because the low beams would do a lot of the work for the front you mostly only need it out in front when you trail ride

Half of you light is shining on the rack you’d get a brighter light if you didn’t mount it there

Just a question. Why did you not mount it on top of the rack bar? Or maybe in front of it? You must not carry anything upfront
I wanted it behind the rack bar to protect it when going through trees and brush. Usually i never carry anything up front anyway. I have a bag for the back rack to carry all my stuff in.

How did you connect it? I have red and black on led bar and yellow, blue and black on my quad beam.

Yes. Just get some metal self tappers and screw it right into the radiator!
quick question so what relay would I need for A 20Inch 126watt Led bar.. I know how to wire it all up just nor sure what relay would work.. there are some that are 12V 40A/ some are 14V 40A..
Hi, im not an expert on electrical systems or anything but i believe it would be a good idea to put in a relay. The 12v 40a should work just fine. Just google 125w led relay size

You can try it, most likely they won't put out as much light or they won't work at all.
How did you mount up that winch could you possibly show a video on how??
It came like this when i bought it... I didnt mount it up. Not sure if i will get time to do a video on it. Have a lot of things going on right now. Stay tuned and i might try in the next couple days if possible.

Does the relay have to b mounted to a piece of metal
Mine isn’t I just wrapped the metal in electrical tape and stuffed it in there
