I just found your channel and it's so wholesome, thank you for giving people such a positive space to see that there's so much to live as a small content creator myself that also tries to help others to grow and find themselves, I love knowing that there are others like you here too
heyyy i hope you feel better soon :) your videos are so comforting to me, i'm not diagnosed with any ED and i'm probably not even sick but my relationship with food and my body has been tough lately and you make me feel less lonely, so thank you for that
I often think of eating like showering/baths, showering its not something you love or hate but you do it anyway because you need, it doesn't (or well, shouldn't) affect how you feel or your day-to-day, and then there is having a bath, in my mind and for a lot of people sometimes having a bath can be more nice like some people light candles, read or watch movies generally just make it more enjoyable/relaxing, and so to me things like going out to dinner alone or with friends, you still need to do it because its still the same thing as regular eating but its more enjoyable, more special :)

If you have suffered, you deserve to heal ❤ no diagnosis necessary, you deserve to live your best life, with a good relationship to your food/body!
