Nice video man. POV drive videos are always awesome to watch. The Mazda3 handles well for a compact car and the gas mileage is very good. I love the hatchback body style of the 2016 Mazda3 and I also test drove one in the past. It's pretty quick with the 2.5 liter SkyActiv engine and the automatic delivers quick shifts as well. The dealership didn't have a model with the manual available, so I didn't drive that one yet.
+Connecticut Dashcam Nice man. Mazda makes really good transmissions for all of their models. Even the manual transmission in the CX5 is a hoot to drive based on the reviews I've read. If I go to Mazda in the future, my likely choices would be a Mazda6 or a CX5.
@@javierhernandez215 so sorry for responding late, but so far the car runs strong. I got the car at 82 thosand miles, but so far I'm at 87 miles. no issues what so ever at all, just basic matience like oil, and tires.
Thanks. All you need is tints and your car will be nice and blacked out. I have dark tints and I Plasti dipped my rims so now my car has that prep look cause it's black white black.
Your Mazda sounds awesome, but yeah that was actually my next step with my car on tinting the windows, I think it'll definitely make the black on black look good, but thanks for your advice though I appreciate it
im selling my car ASAP and getting one of these. sad my dad didn’t let me look at cars when he bought mine 3 years ago and just got me a 99 dodge avenger
So weird you drive with your hands 9 and 3. I think we talked about it when I was in your car. Weird only cause the steering wheel doesn't have space for your hands. And cause 10 and 2 is more comfy for me.
Most typically I do 9 and 3. For whatever reason One hand at the top is uncomfortable to me, other than that if I had a hole at the bottom of the wheel in the middle, that's where my hand would be lol
+Bad Drivers of Connecticut Back in the old days (got my license in 1994) they taught us 9 and 3, but due to the introduction of air bags, they now teach 10 and 2 to reduce arm injury and to make sure most of the airbag's deploying force is "absorbed" by the torso. (I also hate the hand-over-hand turning method, it's too slow and clumsy for me and my lack of coordination!) Although, come to think of it, if you have a car with a Takata airbag, I guess it really doesn't matter where you put your hands. :-( In my opinion, do what's most comfortable for you, since comfort is an oft-overlooked factor in driver safety.
I have this car - just bought it a couple days ago. How fast were you driving it, does it have a key fob (mine just has regular key) and how many miles on it?
How did you get the residue from the double-sided tape off your forehead when you were done? You'd think they'd have a better way to mount a camera on your head for these kinds of videos. ;-P
This might be my first car
Hey did this end up being your first car just curious because it might be mine too lol
Ahh okay I was just looking for someone’s opinion
My first car, only owned it for 4 months before getting into a wreak
@@mustasheolll2020 oof that's sad, m8.
Dylan Lane i have one !
I like the POV. It's almost like playing on a simulator.

This is my first car I have bought at the age of 19.
How is it?
does it have an aux?
Dominique Suto i have this car too and yes it has an aux in the center console
Same here! I bought the 2011 Mazda 3 s sport sedan at the age of 16.. I love it
I just got one, and I'm in love with it
How reliable is it in matters of maintaining?

For some reason I really like that view!
Had a hatchback like yours, felt very well balanced. Regret selling it
I just got this today!! My first car!
i've been playing with the idea of getting me a little mazda 3
+Onyx Haze Cool, I've contemplated the 3 Hatchback. Do you like the 4 or 5 door?
+carcamclips i like the 5 door but i don't know if theres enough space in the back for a dog, which i would like to adopt one day
+Onyx Haze How big is this dog going to be?
BDofNLA
Sounds like he wants something at least larger than a chihuahua and maybe smaller than a great dane.
Did that help answer your question? ;)
+BDofNLA idk like 50-60 lbs.... lab, golden retriever or boxer
Have one just like but automatic, nice 👍
your Mazda looks nice man. I have the same one in automatic just like you but mine is white. where did you buy your rims from if I may ask?
Thank you i appreciate it and I bought mine from Belle tire there Enkei rims

And you should do a Lil walk around video and post it on your channel

Want to get a mazda 3 manual hatch as my next car already owned 4 auto cars😭
I like the Mazda a lot!

you'll like this car trust
Did you do it

Gotta be the best head...cam footage I have ever seen! (No offense, these jokes write themselves!)
One important step. You forgot to play music through Bluetooth. :)
Isn't the 2.0 mzr disi using a 6 speed manual? I want this to be my first car and I also want to know how reliable is it.
PLIVIUT 2.0 is paired with the 5 speed
@@ConnecticutDashcam weird, every mazda 3 with a 2.0 on mobile.de has 6 speed manual

@@shanayscott9558 Not one thing wrong so far and so fun to drive!! Very peppy, I just touch the pedal and whoooossshhh!
Hey, do those blind spot mirrors help a lot? Thinking about getting them, thx
I like them. If you don't have blind spot monitoring they allow you to see far more into your blind spot than with the regular mirror.
Connecticut Dashcam thx!
Whatever works best for you and your new car (which smells really nice btw) lol
I'm guessing you didn't have bad drivers of the DC area mixed tape playing?
I may have cut that part out ;)

I just found one with 116k . For 4K owner says they’re willing to take 3k I’m gonna check it out later
Pretty good deal
@@brotherjoll1802 Yes it is!
This is my first car and it's a six speed
Wow! I didn't know your Mazda was stick shift. *obviously not talking about your 2017 mazda 3 that you dont have anymore*
Does it feel quick?
Renaldo Bryan Not exactly, but it didn’t feel slow. Felt like a very nice pairing (engine/trans) for a daily driver
it's not a quick car. But its a reliable Japanese daily driver that won't break the bank
Some shit bag stole my truck so I’m about to go buy one of these.
4:24 😂😂 u cut that person off
Richii Jimenez that's called passing in a passing zone
he didn't cut them off. passed within reasonable safe distance.
Tomorrow I go check one Mazda 2011 and one 2016 I go check the what's is better. zoom zoom zoom
No Bluetooth though...
Ian Halverson oh really?
Mine has it
Bluetooth would be the last thing I could care about a car.
The Basic doesnt have the Bluetooth but the Sport has it
