Super helpful sir...also expecting one more analysis from you reg. Vit D deficiency is any correlation with controlling insulin resistance.. 2 months before my A1c was 7.4...later I found my Vit d deficiency was 15.2 but local doctors told its normal for Indians still I started taking VitD supplements 60k 1 per week...2 weeks done...today I got my A1c results showing 6.7...am really curiuous if its due to VitD supplement helping resistance or I had gone to gym for 2 weeks later stopped due to fever...

There is a lot of research suggesting an association between low vitamin d and insulin resistance. Will do a video on the same topic in couple of week.
