On 25th April I received my LOQ 14 then i7 with 4060 and upgraded screen. It is a customized laptop and already today it's the second time that the motherboard died. Very poor quality machine. Really dissatisfied with it. Will now go for a refund. This machine is not capable at all for the specifications and use cases that it claims. I just played counter strike 2 and used a few audio editing software and watched content on OTT. I have not even tried to push this laptop to its extreme limit but still it died. I would highly recommend you guys not to go for LOQ at all. The only reason I got really good customer support is because I purchased an additional exclusive premium care plan. But will surely update how difficult or easy it would be for the journey to get a refund. Thank you for addressing this.

Nah bhai, motherboard ka koi issue abhi tak nhi mila nahi battery backup ka, wese me conservative mode pe game khela after 30min 1% drop huwa, sayed yeh natural hain technically sochne se.

I have bought 12450hx 3050 6gb been using it since a month now . Facing the battery drain issue. God forbid 🙏 motherboard issue not faced and don't want to face because I bought the laptop using my savings. I am a casual gamer I have been playing Forza and Fifa 23 overheating is there when I don't play in AC room but it manages the thermals once I change the graphics settings to recommend. I am watching this video after a month of my purchase and now I am praying to God not 🚫 to give any motherboard issues 😭 ...
