@@andreicabillan8512 you can enable subtitles.. anyway in short lenovo Loq laptop which comes with intel 13th and 14th gen intel cpu have higher chances if motherboard failure.. other issue is battery drop .. laptop battery drops even if charger is connected if you play games on custom power mode…. Hi Piyush,this is not about Lenovo loq but in oct 2021 i buy Lenovo IdeaPad slim 5i comes with faulty motherboard but it got replaced but in this year I get heating issue so Lenovo replaced by motherboard in April,then it gives power on issue then motherboard replaced again and then I got no charging issue i.e it is dead my warranty till oct this year so please help me Lenovo just replacing my motherboard and then they not taking any responsibility please guide me
If it’s under warranty.. you can request them for motherboard replacement..they will only replace motherboard if motherboard is faulty .. for heating issue you can request them to do thermal repaste

Bro as I said..it’s not necessary that issue will come in your laptop too but it can happen.. if you get same spec in Hp or other brand at same price ..prefer to buy that one ..else go for loq ..don’t forget to buy extended warranty

Hello bhaiyya, I had the 12450hx and 4060 model of lenovo loq and i faced the motherboard dead issue in around 20 days of use, I immediately raised the ticket and they sent a replacement part in around 1 week, but the replacement mobo they sent me had one of the dc adapters for the fan missing and they did not put it in, they created another work order on 24th june and they gave me a date of 1st july, but when i called them on 1st they said they're upgrading there delivery service and the work order is on hold and to call them back on 3rd july, today i called them back and they are like the part will take till 15th july to come. The original issue started on 14th june. Its gonna take over a month and there is no guarantee that the mobo replacement will actually fix the issue What should I do please help

From past couple of days, its giving me a backup of almost 3hrs which is I think okay according to the battery specs. I am thinking to buy Lenovo LOQ 12th gen 12450HX with RTX 2050 gpu. I went to the nearest Lenovo exclusive store. I asked then about these motherboard failure issues and all, they said its mostly the problem with the units which are custom build. There will be no issues in the pre-build models. Hi Piyush,this is not about Lenovo loq but in oct 2021 i buy Lenovo IdeaPad slim 5i comes with faulty motherboard but it got replaced but in this year I get heating issue so Lenovo replaced by motherboard in April,then it gives power on issue then motherboard replaced again and then I got no charging issue i.e it is dead my warranty till oct this year so please help me Lenovo just replacing my motherboard and then they not taking any responsibility please guide me
If it’s under warranty.. you can request them for motherboard replacement..they will only replace motherboard if motherboard is faulty .. for heating issue you can request them to do thermal repaste

Hello bhaiyya, I had the 12450hx and 4060 model of lenovo loq and i faced the motherboard dead issue in around 20 days of use, I immediately raised the ticket and they sent a replacement part in around 1 week, but the replacement mobo they sent me had one of the dc adapters for the fan missing and they did not put it in, they created another work order on 24th june and they gave me a date of 1st july, but when i called them on 1st they said they're upgrading there delivery service and the work order is on hold and to call them back on 3rd july, today i called them back and they are like the part will take till 15th july to come. The original issue started on 14th june. Its gonna take over a month and there is no guarantee that the mobo replacement will actually fix the issue

I bought a Lenovo Legion 5 with an i7-12700H and RTX 3060 last year, and the motherboard died within a week. After experiencing terrible after-sales service and struggling to get a refund, I decided never to go with any Lenovo laptop again.
I am thinking to buy Lenovo LOQ 12th gen 12450HX with RTX 2050 gpu. I went to the nearest Lenovo exclusive store. I asked then about these motherboard failure issues and all, they said its mostly the problem with the units which are custom build. There will be no issues in the pre-build models. I liked the laptop very much at the store. Should i buy it? Getting at 57k with student offer - 16gb + 512gb , 4gb gpu. Please share your views, if any previous owners.🙏

I bought the the Rtx 3050 variant for 60k, it's been 5 days till date, working fine. The display is just Awesome 💯. And I hope rather I pray there arises no issue atleast for 3 years. 🙏🙏🙏.
