Your content is very informative and helpful. I am currently studying (in New Zealand) and making HR as my major next year and this really helped me in getting a feel and taste of what the HR job does. Thanks!
I’m so glad, thanks Derique! I’ll be launching a 6 week program next month for HR students. Stay tuned and follow along on our socials ❤️ www.aep-consulting.com / @aep-consulting
Hi there, I’ve posted a new video on my learnings throughout 2023 as a senior HR manager. You might find this useful! Check out my channel for the upload. Have a fab holiday season 🎄
I love your channel. I just switched from thinking that I will become a doctor to just discover the world of neuroscience and Human Resources. Specifically, decision making and how can neuroscience applies to HR in hiring, training, development, and so on in healthcare and biotech companies. 😵💫🤯🥲😂😂😅
Very helpful! I’m a freshman in college and I am majoring in business administration/management. Do you think that’s a pathway to go into Human Resource Management?
I’m so sorry, I didn’t see this! Yes absolutely. Business degrees give you a solid foundation of management/leadership principles. I always advocate for work experience though to ‘try before you buy’. Good luck! 😊
Hi i am planning to go to canada to study HR . So it would be great if you can guide me to what course i want to do to start my hr journey till now i have completed graduation in india .
Hi, you should seek local guidance for what’s available to you in Canada, but I’d definitely recommend a generalist HR program so you can get exposed to all facets of HR before deciding on what you’d like to specialise in
Hi Henandh - most countries have their own accreditation process so you’d have to do your research in that individual country. Feel free to watch my other videos to improve your skills. Good luck!
