    Hey if you still look at these comments, I was personally wondering about the amount of flex this knife has? I work in murrells inlet unloading thousands of pounds and cutting hundreds of pounds of fish a day. I use a 6” Dexter V-Lo boning knife for literally everything but I’ve been looking a slightly longer knife to cut 50+ lb fish, I just work at a speed that requires a larger amount of force, so a really flexible knife for me takes away from the quality of the filet rather than attributing to taking off as much meat as possible.

      Thanks for the question and watching the video. The blade is super flexible and keeps an edge, both being important in your line of work. I'm very impressed by it.
