    I am sharing my 100 days challenge update in this video along with replying to the negative or hate comments that i have received recently!
    I have given my best in the past 3.5 months and I will continue to give my best in the future as well!
    My journey might be a little slow but I always stay real with you guys.
    Hope you all will shower your love on this video and the upcoming videos as well♥️

    Sorry but yeh 100 days WEIGHTLOSS challenge shuru kiya tha na aapne, na ke 100 days video challenge, so people will expect the outcomes. I know weightloss is not easy but those who are following you are following u for a reason. Yes choice is definately ours to watch u or not but being a creator its ur responsibility also to be an example rather than an excuse. But i am gladu r back and u r strong. All the best ❤

    Hi shivani. Sorry for the long post.I dont get much time to spend on youtube but you really motivate me. I have been watching your videos since ages now. And i cant denie that you are one of the inspirations that motivated me reduce my weight. I was 85 once and had reduced it to 56. Unfortunately due to stress and lack of work life balance i have gained some of it back and am 65 now.
    For some people who are not fat, I am sorry you will not understand. You need to be in our shoes to understand what we feel and how we feel. It is not easy. The craving, the binge and the guilt that comes after it. We dont need to be made to feel guilty coz trust me when I say we feel guilty enough. I have had days when i cried myself to sleep for the piece of pizza I had at a office party. And the dissapointment that follows when I see the increase in the weighing scale. Some might feel I am exaggerating but i know what I am saying. And there will be thousands of plus sized people vouching me on this. The guilt the depression and then come self hatred. I am hated myself, blamed myself tortured myself for gaining the kilos back. But then I have realized I am being too hard on myself. I am a humam after all. None of us are perfect. So the ones who point their fingers at us, delve deep inside and ask youself, ARE YOU PERFECT? If the answer is yes, then you are delusional my friend or crack in the head. And if the answer is no you have no right to judge us. The world is unfair enough.So some should just stop being mean unnecessarily.

      You should see what a person is going through first. There are ups and downs too !! Focus on yourself too if you want to do something .. at least she is doing something and not sitting and spreading hate and making fun of others.. and always say things on which you can also take hate !!     We all have setbacks but what matters is how strong we come out of it. 💪🏼 I have also lost 40 kgs in 2018 and then started building muscles. I have also started my 100 days fatloss journey to lose the extra fat that i gained alongwith muscles. Please support and show some love ❤️

    I don't know what was the connection but all i kno is i got connected to u in 2021 when i was suffering from my lowest ill health of my papa, my disc bulge, my breakup and as soon i scrolled down i found your video and honestly i again came back to life i started enjoying your vlogs .. i remember you posted 40 days challange ur daily what i eat in a day was my favorite thing to watch and enjoy my food my tears wiped out and i started being happy again since then i am continuously following u .. and i wish u luck hope you helped rejuvenating me u achieve everything u want

    Honestly the diet you followed for 100 days was good for Weight balance. But to loose some weight you definitely need to understand your body. Their are some food that won't let you loose weight. For me it was gluten including wheat , rice etc. Even if i try to eat 1 roti a day I am not going to loose any weight. For some people it's dairy products, For some people it's non-veg , now it depends person on person.
    So you need to understand your body. The thing was you always eat something whenever you go to any market or to meet someone. Kabhi wheat momos , kabhi kuch. I know you think it is healthy aur ho bhi sakta hai ki wo healthy ho. But you need to avoid it too.
    Do a thing. Replace your normal roti/rice with Qinuoa and Oats. Maybe it will work for you.
    And remember, their will be challenges , but what matters is your goal. Try to embrace the challenge.
    Bahar ka khana ekdam band kar do. 100 days joke nahi tha. Kuch to kami rahi hogi. Aur uska jawab sirf aapke paas hai.

    People who write negative comments on your channel are the ones, who are really unsuccessful with their own weight loss journey. They are just the reflection of their own insecurities and failure. 😌☺
    And a tip for your work out who has knee problems. Search for exercise like no jumping, or chair exercises. Even though its low impact, it does wonders. It motivated me on my weight loss journey and it does put a habit for your body.

    Listen Shivani I love watching your videos, all we want is you reaching your goal, and if I suggest you something it comes from the whole heart. You will achieve your goal for sure , but please avoid rice in the next diet plan , I'm South indian so I know the issues with having rice , the substitute to rice is millets and quinoa .even I have started my 30 day weight challenge this time. Im weighing 65kgs currently .

    Again i am commenting... whenever u start journey go with calorie deficit i am sure it will helpful bcz it's my personal experience. I lost 7.5 kgs in 2mnths by searching on ggl and following calorie deficit.❤ Just one time for onlyy 15 days . Just cut 1000 calorie frm requirement and u will see the results in jst a week....😊🎉 God bless uh.pta nhi bt apke vdo mai cmnt krna acha lgta h bcz u r loyal and i like loyal person 😊😊😊

    Its okay❤ even i am also on fat loss journey mera weight bhi bhot dheme kam hota h stress ki wajah s bdhjata h i started from december its june its been 7 month have a lot of downss😢 ....lotss of lost starting wt was 75 currently its 63 lots almost 12 kg targeted wt is 55 kgs as well healthy lifestyle its my 2nd wt.loss 😢bcoz i gain back bcoz of health issue i gain 20 kgs 😢😢even stress bcoz of neet😢

    I think often times people forget that people on social media also have lives of their own. Everything they post of their daily rouitne isnt some animated stuff, but their life. Just because as viewers we have the pass to some insight into your life, doesn't mean we are entitled . And neither are you obligated to these people. 100 days challenge whether you finished it or not, its your life and very much fairly, your decision.
