    The calabrian chili paste can be gotten at trader joes under the name "Bomba" for only a few dollars as opposed to every online store charging way to much.

    Brad! I'm so happy you chose Aji Amarillo! The easiest meal you can make is Papa Huancaina! Boiled potatoes topped with a blended sauce of the Aji Amarillo, galletas (crackers), and farmers cheese. Garnish with olive and hardboiled egg.

    Yellowbird is one of my favorites! I was living in Austin when it was first introduced and now I can’t live without it. I’m very happy they have a wider distribution now, so I can find it basically wherever I am.

    I will not cook without my fermented chilli and garlic paste. my houseplants are all exotic peppers. life is pointless without some heat...thank you guys..loved it

    YELLOW BIRD HABENERO CONDIMENT! I love that stuff. I first had it on a grilled cheese. Its everywhere in Austin, but was hard to find at the store for a long time. But now I have a giant bottle in my fridge. It's probably my 50th one. It goes on everything.

    The orange habanero el yucateco is my go to. It's got a more complex flavor than the just spicy of the green one.

    Fun fact you can make your own Ají Amaraío pepper sauce with ají peppers they sell them frozen at most Latino markets that are kind of bigger you basically just use oil pepper and a little bit of cilantro and toss it in a food processor or a blender and Bam you got that yellow sauce in the jar for like a couple of dollars.

      it's actually cheaper to buy it if you do the math. I still do it on my own sometimes if i want a different consistency for cooking with it, but it's cheaper to just buy.

    This was a really fun video, Zaynab's tomato sandwich on that fried bread looked so delicious. My newest spicy condiment find is the Momofuku Black Truffle Chili Crunch. So yum.

    Yucateco !!! I like all the "colors" (spice levels and flavors) but green and red is my favorite. The green one has a very distinct flavor

    When I first saw this video I realized that we had a jar of Inca’s Food Aji Amarillo in our pantry that we had bought a while back but didn’t get around to trying. It’s awesome! So very delicious. Sometimes I just go to the fridge and eat some with a spoon.

    In my humble opinion the best showcase of aji amarillo is tacu tacu, it's effectively the combination of fried rice and re-fried beans and it is amazing.

    Calabrian paste is legit some of my favorite stuff ever, amazing condiment that elevates sandwiches to a new level. Good choice on the El Yucateco as well, the green is amazing but you can't go wrong with any of their choices. I love the black garlic sauce, super big umami flavor

    For me it's sambal. There's dozens of varieties and I tend to go for the hotter ones, like the hot Badjak. They're Indonesian chili pastes btw. And I combine that stuff with everything I want to give some kick to!

    Yo! this video really opened my eyes and tastebuds to brand new ideas. Never have I thought about adding spice to a grilled cheese! Or a condiment for sandwiches, any of these ideas! Soo looking forward to trying these out as soon as practical!

      my pub makes these amazing chicken wraps with spring mix, cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato, onion and mayo(i believe)...and the green sauce is amazing on it. i also add it to ranch to dip my fries in

    A friend of mine gave me a bottle of the El Yucateco that she bought while on a cruise to Mexico. I have since seen it in local stores. Maybe the bottle was old or "counterfeit", but it tasted like a chemical. Was not pleasant whatsoever. I think I should buy a bottle and try it again, cuz the Pro-Chefs are giving it so much praise.

    Unpopular opinion, I'm against cheese pulls; every bit of cheese you pull is cheese no longer in your sandwich. Proper flavor distribution is everything.

    Chili crisp, Hoisin, Bullsheads, then dump a ton of garlic, cilantro and scallions into it, mix and top with white pepper, and baby you just tripled your hotpot sodium intake

    Honestly, just buy some fresh chile peppers at the store. They’re great sliced, quick pickled, blended up, etc. and you can make tons of hot sauce for like 20 cents.

    Peruvian Aji Amarillo (yellow chili) is actually called aji verde (green chili) even though it really is naranja (orange)

    I like a super hot hot sauce like that Melindas Ghost pepper wing sauce or Beaver Ghost pepper mustard when I am dieting. That mustard on vegetables is wonderful and the wing sauce on chicken kick boring out of the car at 70.

    For me it's jalapeño or habanero powders. They both bring flavors better than the routine cayenne powder.
