Was lucky to pop across the border and visit when I was over for my sisters wedding in BC. All the family live in Langley, so as soon as I was able, my good buddy Ed, my husband and I headed down to WA. To visit my favourite place! The diner was everything I could have hoped for. Even my hubby, who is not a TP fan, said that he would definitely retire and relocate to North Bend as the air was so fresh, and the natural surroundings were mind blowing. Maybe someday you'll have new neighbours! The slightly odd Irish artist (me!) and his long suffering English husband!

So I actually live in Snoqualmie. I've grown up here sense kindergarten and am now going into film school. I'm a filmmaker myself but never realized until a couple years ago that twin peaks was filmed here (mainly cause I hadn't watched it yet). But the coolest part about watching this is not only seeing where David Lynch filmed things, but also where many of my films have taken place as well. I've filmed at the gazebo, Roadhouse, Twin Peaks Cafe, Mount Si High School, and at that bridge. All without realizing those were previous film spots. But I do have one funny story to tell. A while back I was trying to get a film location at Fall City near The Roadhouse; it was a vacant building that no business used, so I called the owner asking to film there for one night. She told me a flat "NO!" and I asked why. She proceeded to tell me how last time, she let David Lynch film in that EXACT building and how him and the crew completely trashed the place. They left it a mess and she vowed to not let anyone else film there again. So yeah.....thanks David Lynch for losing my film location. Love your work tho lol
Had to come back to this video because today we lost an incredible visionary, creative dreamer, and soul. David Lynch’s death took a piece of cinema with him, and the world shrunk as a result. A once-in-a-lifetime artist, who not only changed cinema forever but altered how we experience the world and showed us what it really means to dream. It’s impossible to find the right words to say, David was something of a hero of mine. I don’t think anyone understood the world like David Lynch did. He dedicated his life to opening a portal and showing us all another world. A world full of life and death. Dream and nightmare. Light and shadow. Twin Peaks will always be special to me. That show, that story inspired me to be a writer and look at the world in unique and unconventional ways. I’ll miss hearing his morning weather reports whenever I wake up, but whenever I and anyone else has a cup of coffee as black as midnight on a moonless night, he’ll be remembered. “We are like the dreamer.” - David Lynch (1946 - 2025)
It's amazing. That's why movies and tv shows filmed in the real world and not in a stydio, have this kind of magic feeling, when you almost can enter the fictionous world you love. I live in France but I hope to go there at some point of my life. Thank you for your work 😊

I watched 'Twin Peaks' in Ireland when it aired (early 90s). I worked for Don Bluth's animation studio in Dublin. Would take the train home from Dublin each friday. When home I'd watch each episode on VHS, recorded by my brother. Up to my room with tea & bikkies, and be hypnotised by the show. Fell in love with Sherily Fenn! I wanted to live in the PNW very much - seemed impossible. Finally got to do so in 2007 (moved to Oregon, have been here since). For a couple of years prior to S3 I had a strange recurring dream: each morning I'd wake up with the vague memory that I'd been in Twin Peaks helping Agent Cooper. Never could remember the details, but still this persistent recollection, frustrating that I could never remember details. I was probably just getting him coffee. Anyway, only a Lynch show could have that effect. I'll be moving back to Ireland in the next couple of years after 26 years in the US - but not before, hopefully, making this trip! I'll bookmark this video for reference! Great work.
It just occurred to me, thanks to your comment (which led me to your profile pic and then the thought) that Dr.Jacobi somewhat resembles Bob Ross, who would actually have been an interesting Twin Peaks character if included in the story. (Sorry if I misspelled “Jacobi”😉)
In the presence of locales like this, what strikes you is just how clearly "Cooper's" dialogue must just be the exact thoughts of Lynch's as he arrove upon the scenes

I lived in the valley for over 20 years. It's cool to see all of these places I haunted for so long here in this video. I remember a day when Kyle McLaughlin came to shoot a car commercial at the gazebo. My son worked as a conductor with the Northwest Railway Museum across the street from the gazebo. I walked through the mill site one night after it was closed down and through the main building, trying to open my senses to the energies of days gone by, half expecting to hear the faint sound of saws and yells of the mill workers. The mill is now the site of Dirtfish Rally - a rally car course. We hiked to the upper and lower falls more times than I can count and swam in the river at various points. I feel a little emotional watching this. Good and bad times. Bitter and sweet. So many memories.
I know that feeling. When I go to the falls, upper or lower, I remember going with my father , with friends, with children. The children have grown, other people have died since then. You truly never step twice into the same river.

Twin Peaks couldn't have been shot anywhere other than here. We can feel a mystical aura floating around this place, these incredible trees, this mist, this waterfall... It's not just the serie, Lynch just pick the perfect place to make his work live and it's actually a real place on earth, how can someone doesn't want to go there ? I've lived two hours away all my life, and have never done this. I've only stopped at Tweede's Cafe a few times on the way to Seattle for other things. Really awesome vid. (When season 1 and 2 aired, I couldn't help imagining it all going on just a couple of hours away from my house. It was really trippy.)
Thank you for the movie. It is actually the first movie that shows clearly how each Twin Peaks location is related to the different areas of this region and what is where. You did great camera work and combo work: transitioning reality to the movie scenes. It was a pleasure watching this film. Thank you!
Loved this. My husband and I travelled from Australia to try and visit all the locations (only in 1day) in 2009, it was a full blue sky sunny day though! The things that happened to us that day, during the day to make it all happen were incredible and much like the series itself. I thoroughly enjoyed being there again today with you!
Thank you for making this. Twin Peaks has been such an important part of my life since watching it as a teenager on the early 90s. One day I hope to make the pilgrimage from the UK to Washington State to see the area. Until then, watching this video has been an amazing experience.
As a colombian fan of the series I really, really appreciate the love and care you put in this footage. Such a beautiful scennery filled with an odd yet nostalgic feeling. As you said, witnessing how time has changed some of the locations evoques a bittersweet feeling that I can even explain. Again, thank you for this video.
When I was there Twin Peaks HS was still standing and I’m glad I got to see those red doors. Also you made a slight mistake getting the pie and coffee at Tweeds. The bakery next door is who supplied the show with their pies and it was literally the best slice of pie I’ve ever had. Tool the old lady 30 mins to warm my slice but it was so worth it. Salish makes a great one too!
As content creators and rabid Peaks fans in the UK that could only dream of doing what you did, this was brilliant. Nicely filmed, beautifully edited and narrated like a boss. Kudos to you, sir.
I paid homage during a similar visit in 1992, that was before the changes to soon come with computers and the internet. Thank you for bringing my younger memories back to life.
I've lived in Snoqualmie Valley for almost 18 years and this video made me so proud to live here. We currently live just down the road from Ollalie State Park at the base of Mt. Washington. I just love where I live and this video made me a little more thankful 😊
Thank you so much for sharing this. You've done a lot of post production editing work that I can only surmise as a labor of love. Your video is a wonderful submission of the areas change through time. I greatly appreciate all the writing you've done and historical information you've researched to create such a cherishable video for Twin Peaks fan like myself. Kudos!
When I toured the area, I was a little surprised by how close together so many of the locations were (and that's not even counting Season 3, which had just barely started when I happened to pass through). The crew really hit the jackpot when they came upon this area.
This is probably the best TP fan film I've seen. Calm, considered and thoughtful rather than loud and overexcited, and it's the only one which considers how locals might feel about the show and its fans.
Hi from the UK. Thank you so much for posting this film. I've been a massive fan of Twin Peaks, along with everything David Lynch, and am of an age to remember watching it when it was first aired and seeing all those confused expressions from friends who had also viewed it! A road trip like yours is definitely on my bucket list as I have a Daughter and Son in Law living in Los Angeles and made my first visit to your Country in September last year, fell in love with it and vowed to go back!
It is very neat to see shots from the Series / Movie compared to your own in present day. The world of Twin Peaks is strange, mysterious, beautiful, and utterly unique.
I know Twin Peaks and this area very well. Excellent, very accurate and well done. I would have added a few other things but all in all, top notch, bravo! Also , thank you for capturing the beauty of the area
Thank you so much for this fan service. You should definitely think about publishing a book of your tour that can be used as a guide for fans of Twin Peaks. But again this video was fantastic.
I enjoyed every minute of this tourvideo in the TwinPeaks world! We, my wife and I, also visited these sites last summer. You can feel the twin peaks vibe all over the place there. We came all the way from the Netherlands and spend two days here after our trip trough the Rocky's up North in Canada. Loved it!
This was great. I have never visited the northwest in all the years I’ve been in the US. Now I have a reason to perhaps make the trip. I have loved David Lynch since i watched Blue Velvet back in the late eighties. Whenever i watch Twin Peaks now it makes me nostalgic. RIP.
Well done, and I am jealous I admit. I'd love to make this trip myself one day, but in the age of Covid the travel is just too much hassle and expense for the foreseeable future. Thanks for allowing me a bit of vicarious living!
Great review and road trip. Have family that were involved with the last production and can't wait for them to see this. Thanks, it is really good. Can't wait to do this as well.
My husband and I were there in 2008 for the Twin Peaks fest. It was amazing to see the sights and just a beautiful area. This was an amazing tour and VERY well done! Thank you for sharing!
Wow, my friends and I finished watching TP for a second time and talked and doing a road trip. Thank you so much for putting this amazing video together!
i took this same trip to twin peaks a couple of years ago! dragging my family around locations for a show theyve never seen was one of the best experiences of my life. glad you were able to make an excursion out there!
Masterfully created. Twin Peaks show more than anything else reminds me of my childhood (it was originally aired in my country in 1991, when I was 11), and your video feels like revisting that beautiful piece of my past, and remembering all the joy I had back then.
Indian here. Twin peaks is close to my heart. Blessed are those who live in small towns in US. This place is where i would love to settle in. Especially in towns like twin peaks. There's something captivating about it. The mountains, the people, the atmosphere. Oh man, i wish i could go to this place before i die (:
There are many small towns you would like in Washington State. Snoqualmie and North Bend have grown a lot- people moved out from Seattle and commute from there. But a lot of the charm is still there.
I appreciate this video so much. The editing made me feel like I was watching a fan special made by David Lynch himself. I loved everything about it, thank you, Jeremiah.
As someone who’s spent my entire (20 year) life in PNW and used to go to a lot of these places regularly for field trips and day trips with friends-it’s always very interesting to me to see someone’s outside perspective on the area. Fantastic video!
You did a marvelous job, man! The opportunity to visit all the places simoultanously was crazily satisfying. Well, almost all places....... 47°58'25.1"N 122°13'14.6"W 😉
This video is so great! I'm watching it again on my Roku device and man, it's amazing how you matched those shots! One of the best Peaks vids ever made my friend!
This should be an addition on a boxed set. Well done. I was 10 when the show originally aired, and my Mom watched it, but she warned me it was "very disturbing", and I may not want to watch it. 2 seasons came and went, though I caught glimpses of the very end of the last episode in the Black Lodge, and I don't think anything ever sat so strongly with me as that did. 2017 began and it was time to watch this F'in show, ASAP. I spun through all of it on Netflix, plus Fire Walk With Me, immediately bought the film, then heard about its return, and said, "Wow, that was lucky!" I'll never adore a show like this again. You have definitely bolstered my desire to head to the area, maybe even settle down in the northwest someday.
As a French fan, I introduced Twin Peaks to my entourage and everyone liked it. A wonderful series! Thanks for your video, it's really a pleasure to see so many details, I hope to go there one day and why not live there !
Watching this gives me such a lovely feeling... I have watched it several times already and I am sure I will do so more. :) I am from Eastern Europe, but you brought me so close to this location, which is part of history... Thank you!
On a break at the moment, watching this video all over again, convincing me once again to follow in your footsteps checking out those fantastic locations. Just so caught up in TP it's unbelievable....
The thing I love about these locations is that even though I've never visited them myself, they have always felt extremely familiar to me, as a PNW native. It only added to the dream-like quality of the show for me. It's actually kinda silly I haven't taken the few hours to drive to these spots for myself, but maybe I don't want to lose that not-so-familiar, familiar feeling I get from seeing these places on screen.
This was truly an exceptional video. Being that i'm from just up north, i've had the great fortune of visiting numerous times. Now that the borders are shut down it's been a little while and I miss the area greatly - so this video lifted me up a bit as I saw all the locations I like to visit time and time again. I can't wait to go back and see some stuff I still haven't gotten around to.
I live right in Snoqualmie. The mountain shot near the start of the video is Mount Si (also the name of the Highschool I go to). I’ve been to pretty much every location showed. Very cool seeing familiar places on TV!
What a beautiful video. I greatly enjoyed it! And, with a hint of nostalgia, I tried to fit my memories of the world of Twin Peaks, with the beautiful locations filmed here. Thank you so much for sharing your experience ♥️

I've lived two hours away all my life, and have never done this. I've only stopped at Tweede's Cafe a few times on the way to Seattle for other things. Really awesome vid. (When season 1 and 2 aired, I couldn't help imagining it all going on just a couple of hours away from my house. It was really trippy.)
well go there then....
Until then, watching this video has been an amazing experience.
thank you, what a great compliment!
If you are a film/TV buff, there are other filming locations in our region.
If you make it here, you’ll have lots of fellow fans who would help you do the tour. You can climb Mount Si too. Great view from there.
@@LilyGazou Can't wait.
I had the coffee and pie at Tweed's in Nov 2017, and both were absolutely awful. I could not understand that.
Tool instead of Told - A perfect (circle) spelling error for Take The Ring aka Last Day aka Jeremiah B 😎
No such thing as Twin Peaks "HS". but it's wonderful to think so, isn't it?! Pax
michael wertzy It’s Mount Si high school, the old building was torn down this past year
@@ohwow9870, thank you for your response. Peace, stay well and "chin's up!
As content creators and rabid Peaks fans in the UK that could only dream of doing what you did, this was brilliant. Nicely filmed, beautifully edited and narrated like a boss.
Kudos to you, sir.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
I paid homage during a similar visit in 1992, that was before the changes to soon come with computers and the internet. Thank you for bringing my younger memories back to life.
I love that this video is edited better than stuff you find on TV. Thank you for sharing your adventures, it is very interesting to watch! :D
The research and editing done for this is insane. Good video man.
This is the perfect itinerary. I'll definitely be taking some notes if/when I can ever visit it myself! Thanks for this!
Twin peaks the best weird TV show ever with magical locations can never forget that masterpiece
I've lived in Snoqualmie Valley for almost 18 years and this video made me so proud to live here. We currently live just down the road from Ollalie State Park at the base of Mt. Washington. I just love where I live and this video made me a little more thankful 😊
Man, that railway bridge is for me the most iconic of the whole series.
Outstanding. I went two years ago and miss it daily.
Kudos!
I lived around there as a kid, but my work forced me to move out of state, so I love watching the show just to see a little bit of home.
I never realized that the intersection of the road rage incident and the hit n run were the same.
Fantastic little easter egg by Lynch!
Yeah that was really interesting to learn!
That rewrote my Twin Peaks map too!
"There are indeed two worlds up here, and your experience will ultimately be defined by how well you navigate between them. Fire, walk with me!"
As someone who lives very very close to North Bend and Snoqualmie, I can say you did an incredible job for this video! Glad you loved your trip.
I loved this trip down Memory Lane, this series had such an intriguing storyline, all the memories come back from watching the roadtrip to "Twin Peaks"
Absolutely love the mix of storytelling, fun facts, and prose throughout this, what a treat.
Fantastic video! Awesome job👍🏻
It is very neat to see shots from the Series / Movie compared to your own in present day. The world of Twin Peaks is strange, mysterious, beautiful, and utterly unique.
As a film and tv editor, I absolutely see the work you’ve put into this terrific piece.
I see you!
Well done, sir.
Thoroughly enjoyable piece of art.
Thank you for this, it was lovely! I bet it has been and will be much appreciated by many other Twin Peaks fans like myself.
Wow, quite the road trip this must've been. I loved the video, thanks for sharing all of the glory of what is/was "Twin Peaks". Very enjoyable.
Loved it!
Great documentary!!! Thanks for sharing! Happy Twin Peaks Day! February 24th, 2023!
This is incredible! Twin Peaks is my all-time favorite show. A visit is definitely on the bucket list. ☕️🌲
Make time to hike up Mount Si.
Thank you so much for putting this amazing video together!
do it!
Go for it! Go hiking too.
i took this same trip to twin peaks a couple of years ago! dragging my family around locations for a show theyve never seen was one of the best experiences of my life. glad you were able to make an excursion out there!
Awesome job! I wish I could visit these magical places too - regards from Greece!
I’m so lucky I grew up only 35 minutes away from North Bend, I love this show
Masterfully created. Twin Peaks show more than anything else reminds me of my childhood (it was originally aired in my country in 1991, when I was 11), and your video feels like revisting that beautiful piece of my past, and remembering all the joy I had back then.
Just finished the return and I already know deep down that Twin peaks has a special place in my heart. This was so comforting to watch 😌
6:47 wow - the exact same fridge !
I spun through all of it on Netflix, plus Fire Walk With Me, immediately bought the film, then heard about its return, and said, "Wow, that was lucky!"
I'll never adore a show like this again.
You have definitely bolstered my desire to head to the area, maybe even settle down in the northwest someday.
🔥🔥🔥
As a French fan, I introduced Twin Peaks to my entourage and everyone liked it. A wonderful series! Thanks for your video, it's really a pleasure to see so many details, I hope to go there one day and why not live there !
This is seriously awesome! I'm almost 8000km away from the locations, but I feel like I visited Twin Peaks too. Can't thank you enough for this video.
Damn, man, well done! Top notch info, trivia, history, music, edit, flow....BRAVO! from start to finish.
Thanks you for amazing video!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I’m going in a little less than a month for my birthday. Can’t wait to have a birthday slice of cherry pie with a cup of black coffee.
Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful, informative and fun Twin Peaks video for all hardcore fans around the world!!!
Watching this gives me such a lovely feeling... I have watched it several times already and I am sure I will do so more. :)
I am from Eastern Europe, but you brought me so close to this location, which is part of history... Thank you!
On a break at the moment, watching this video all over again, convincing me once again to follow in your footsteps checking out those fantastic locations. Just so caught up in TP it's unbelievable....
And YES, on a break again...watching it all over again to lift my spirits.
I have no words to explain how impressed I am for this work done! So educative for us TP lovers! Thank YOU so much from Panamá 🇵🇦
Man, the effort you’ve put in this is just beyond me. Highly appreciate it, much love!
Really appreciated this - thanks!
What a beautiful video. I greatly enjoyed it! And, with a hint of nostalgia, I tried to fit my memories of the world of Twin Peaks, with the beautiful locations filmed here. Thank you so much for sharing your experience ♥️
Gorgeous vistas, bulletproof trivia from the show. I came here for some Twin Peaks nostalgia and got so much more. Thanks!
