3 years without alcohol. Still smoked weed. Never got better. I am now 7 days without weed. Tried to quit before but always went back. Not this time. I'm done. It doesn't help mental health it worsens it in the long run. Proud of you.
It sounds like you are on the right path my friend. Getting out of a routine of sorts is never easy especially when it because a crutch or simply a fun habit. I am sure you will achieve what you are working towards, keep focused on positive change and you will certainly get to where you want to go. I appreciate your openness and I wish you all the best
I'm 77 and have been smoking weed for 51 years. Today, thanks to the algorithm, you're the third voice I've heard who quit. So I quit, too. God bless us, everyone.
@@MarilynCarnivore I appreciate your support and honesty. It sounds like you are on your right path. I'm glad my experience has been able to reach the right people thanks to God's help 🙏🏼 I wish you all the best!
Every person must do what they feel they must do to make it to tomorrow... Then wash, rinse and repeat.
How are you doing today

Your last name is carnivore lol life doesn't start till a year after U quit weed, 2 late in afraid 😂 youl be lucky to make it to 80 eating like that

@@kesinajaipuriya6615 I appreciate your support brother
I’m glad I found this video today. I started smoking at 17. I’m 37 now. Heavy user, daily use. I literally don’t feel like myself anymore. The insomnia with quitting keeps me coming back so I can just sleep. It’s a vicious cycle. This video gives me some hope to just get over the hump.
@@chrismistretta4801 Happy New Year brother, I'm happy my experience has some value in sharing. I certainly didn't smoke as long as you although I can definitely say it never gets any easier. That feeling is there although it's a constant reminder to myself as to why I stopped. Once your why is so strong it becomes easier. Keep focusing on yourself in positive ways and I'm sure you will achieve exactly what you want and need for yourself
It doesn't take very long. Expect yourself to be very angry and possibly sleepless for maybe a week, but it doesn't take longer than that to really start noticing yourself recovering.
Quitting weed doesn't take long!
@@Mr.pichler hey man, thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I just got back from a trip to NOLA where I took a complete break from weed. The change in environment helped dramatically. I’m on the right path again and the insomnia only struck me one night so far. Thanks for your support 🙏🏻
Try melotonin and sleeping aid for the first 2 or 3 days and then just the melotonin. It should help to go to sleep the first days. It helps me but you will feel very drowsy the next day.
@@chrismistretta4801 I appreciate your support in the first place ! Sounds like youve had some solid re set time which is always a good thing. I am happy to hear you are doing well and I wish you all the best on your continued journey.
Same boat. Started at 19, now quitting at 28. I'm in the very early stages, but my mindset feels strong that I'm gonna overcome this habit. It served a purpose for me, and I'm thankful that I had this vice when I needed it, but I never intended for it to snowball the way that it has. It's time for me to put on the brakes and regain control of my brain. Thanks for sharing your story.
@@luukzilla0 I hope all is well with you brother! It sounds like your on the right path for you which is amazing to hear and I appreciate your support and sharing your story! It's important people who are of like mind talk about this, even though weed might not be a "hard" drug it does come with side effects that go unnoticed until you really give it up. I wish you all the best and I'm sure you will do what is right for you!
@Adrian, thanks for sharing - quitting weed is the best decision I ever made in my 20’s as well, and I didn’t stop until 28. I went from unemployed stoner to Full-Time MBA student at a top 5 school in just two years (now 30). It’s wild how life changes when you’re present for it.
@@Adam_B1 I appreciate your openness brother, I'm happy to hear you doing amazing. Very impressive accomplishments as well! I totally agree with "it's wild how life changes when you're present for it" so true and a powerful statement. I wish you all the best in this new year!
I’m 25, and I started at 15. I tried quitting last year and only made it to month 7 before going back. But not this time! It’s Day 5 for me this time around and I don’t plan on looking back! Im done. I want to know who I am really am without it. I’m proud of you. Great accomplishment!!
Happy New Year Brother. I appreciate your time and sharing your experience. I think its important to thrive of each others positive energy. It sounds like you are on the right oath to achieving what you want, I believe you will get where you want to be! I wish you all the best.
I’m 27 too. Been though my phases of “quitting”. Think I’m done now bro. 11 days so far. Everything in the video you said describes me perfectly. Also I think I’m just getting too old for that and that it’s for teens and people in their early 20s. I have other things I need to prioritize than weed. Good video brother.
@@johnnydang4397 I appreciate your support brother, it sounds like you know what's best for you and are on the right path to your own success! Happy to hear you are doing well and I very much appreciate your support thank you ! 🙏🏼
thank you, adrian. this is my sign. just tossed the remainder of my weed. i'm 22 years old, and been smoking for about 6 years. i relate to you, and see very similar changes within myself. i've wanted to quit, and have known it has zero benefits for me at this point. i just haven't had the strength to put it down, honestly.
here's to the journey. 🙏
Thank you for the encouragement, I also have been smoking for 7 years, started smoking when I was 17 and now I'm 24. As a teen, I did it to escape my household but at some point it turned into smoking everyday even if I felt good (in my mind it enhanced everything). I stayed in an abusive relationship from 20-22 because I was so heavily sadated all the time to realize I was being abused and manipulated (memory problems and brain fogg). It came to the point where I found myself feeling stupid because I couldn't converse like normal people, I stuttered, forgot what I was saying, couldn't think straight or always had the thought in the back of my mind that the person knew I was high and was judging me. Cannabis slowly kills your inner voice until all you can hear is "let's get high". Jan 6th and 6 days sober. Wish me luck! You got this too!
@@fary2045 Happy New Year! Thank you for your honesty and sharing you're experience as well. The world needs more people like you, sharing real life experiences. It sounds like you are in a much better spot now and achieving your goals day by day. I wish you all the best and am sure you will keep yourself on the right path for you, don't give up on yourself ❤️🩹💪🏼
The key to quitting is staying busy with something that interests you. Not during a work week or a weekend but take your vacation with the goal of being done when your vacation is done. You do this because it will mess up your sleep/wake cycle quite a bit. Have food available you enjoy and is easy to prepare. No alcohol because it's a tease and weakens your will and affects your judgement. Avoid rationalizing and you will find it was not as tough as you thought it would be.
On day 11 at the age of 35 after 20yrs of smoking and heavy daily smoking for 15yrs . It’s definitely an up and down cycle but every day gets better . I feel so much cleaner and clearer and happier . Everything you said in this video are facts the effects while smoking and the effects after stopping . Stopped for a few reasons but the weed is definitely not the same anymore which pushed me to stop . BEST DECISION EVER !
@@FinesseRageGamer I appreciate your openness and story as well. Too many people don't share their experiences and I believe it's so important to open up, especially after such a long time. Agreed though, the weed today is filled with pesticides. Even the water let's use to water the plants, filled with chlorine and chemicals. I would say the only other option is to grow your own but even then how does one trust the genetics of the seed? ! Happy to hear you are doing well!
it definitely should be talked about more . Im even trying to get my friends who smoke that knows I was a chimney to just try to slow down , watch what you buying . I was going to start growing then I just figured if I have to do all that just stop lol . But thank you for your story and keep it going !!
It only gets better bro I’m at day 49 and it’s the best feeling apart from the nightmares. But a small price to pay as someone who didn’t dream for about 17 years.
@@Carlwilliamsburner I appreciate your encouragement, I certainly feel like I could slip up once and a while but have stuck to it! It certainly helps hearing someone else's experience and knowledge on this so thank you for sharing and I wish you all the best!
I smoked from 19 to almost 24 years. I completely agree with your theses. Now I am 27 and I quit more than 3 years ago. The feelings and state of mind were as you described in the video, that is, many negative effects: lack of concentration, increased stress and some notes of schizophrenia, I suppose (since I smoked a lot and often during the last two years of smoking). I also think that it is probably not for everyone, and also if you do not abuse it. All I can say about myself is that remembering my state in those years, I do not want to go back there. Thank you for the video, all the best to you! (I use a translator, so I apologize if anything).
I appriciate your posotive feedback brother. It does certianly sound like weve had similar feelings and situations with over use. Like you said its not for everyone and of course it affects everyone differently. I am happy you found out what makes you feel best and at the end of the day life is meant to be expereinced. We cant beat ourselves up over something like this but sharing eachothers stories makes it easier for others to come to their own realizations as well. I wish you all the best as well! Thank you

The amount of money I was spending on weed was insane. Being able to have a few extra hundred dollar each month nice especially in times like this. And oh man, the vivid weird dreams I started getting after I stopped smoking. Never knew how weed affected my sleeping until I stopped. Despite my dreams being wacky at times, I do fell more well rested, and it's nice to have dreams instead of sleeping and just waking up as if I was robot. Wish you the best! Thanks for sharing

This is tripping me out, I quit smoking weed after 7 years of daily smoking in November 2024 and I'm 28 as of January of this year. I also worked at a dispensary, I'm glad I made the decision too, I also felt a little too "lack of filter" when I was high. I actually lost that dispensary job for kind of snapping at a customer. The customer was a dickhead but I still don't like that I couldn't necessarily control myself. I think you're super strong for being able to be around your gf who still smokes and not partake. Let's do this brother!

I used to dip tobacco for years. Quit cold turkey. Got into Stiizys. It’s just better not having a crutch and being sober minded. Way to go man
I’m 4 days in, effective today. Day 2 was a little rough (cravings). If I can make it 14 days or 30 days, I’m good! Thanks for sharing your story.
When you stop smoking your endocannabinol system returns to normal and withdrawal symptoms subside. It's the same principle as when you smoke constantly you feel like it's not doing much. You're saturated at this point. Stop smoking for a few days and homeostasis is achieved as you produce endogenous cannabadiols which refill the void. Smoke and start filling it up again. It's a negative feedback mechanism similar to how your thyroid and adrenals work.
Said everything I needed to hear. Thank you
I am happy you resonate with this and thank you for your support!
Good on you man. I lost track of the years. But its been basucally every day for 16 years...in my 30s A couple of breaks about 10 years ago even more ... But easily on it 90% of time.

Happy New Year my friend. I wish you all the best and am sure you will work out what you need to for you. At the end of the day nothing is perfect and getting back to what we are comfortable with is easy, Im sure you have alot on your plate already but I find going to the gym or doing some type of physical activity helps release natural dopamine that lasts for a while! Typically longer than a high, saunas help sweat out the bad stuff faster. I first smoked weed when i was 15. For the next 6 years i would smoke maybe two-three times a month maybe a bit more if it was holidays christmas summer break etc. Then i met my ex. She also smoked weed but to a much higher volume than me, so i started smoking more after getting with her. It felt great while we were together. It wasnt only after we broke up that i really started to abuse weed. Just to get my self to stop thinking about her. Ive ended up in a state where i cant sleep, i dont eat properly and have CRAZY mood swings if i dont smoke for a day. Currently i have enough weed to last me until new year. After that ive promised my self to cut this shit out of my life. Dont smoke weed if you are in a bad mental state. It might seem like it helps at first but it will only suppress your feelings that will eventually come flooding back after a while. And believe me when they do you will feel like an emotional wreck. At least i do.
Sorry for this long ass comment. I felt like i had to get this shit of my chest.

Daily smoker from 17-25 getting high the second I woke up until the second I went to bed and even smoking in the middle of the night when I’d wake up. Cold turkey was the way for me to stop. When you don’t feel “normal” without being high you know you’re addicted. Haven’t felt mentally better in a long time and financially I’m happier not wasting money on short term gratification. Been over a year at this point and it’s well worth it. Had lots of time where I’d “take a break” or “cut back” and would always fall back into the cycle of being a huge stone smoking 24/7.
It sounds like youve got the right mindset and certainly have made the right choices for you. I was feeling the exact same as you, especially when you mentioned "When you dont feel normal without being high you know your addicted" . That was one huge catalyst for me. Im happy you are on your right path and wish you all the best! Thank you for your support
1. Tired af not feeling aligned, icky nasty feeling, groggy, Not feeling awake till later in the day
2. Damn near tweaking in public😂 throw in psychs to make it more complicated (I think their fine on their own)
3. The looming idea your ability to get sleep is only gonna get worse and more dependent on it the more you spiral… ie the more brain damage and dependency to rest with it as one sedates their self to sleep each night.
4. Money
It’s always interesting to see different experiences from different people. I’ve been using very frequently for the past three years, and I can say that it’s helped every single aspect of my life. Especially my relationship being that my wife also partake in it it’s helped our marriage and my life in general. However, I will say I do not daily smoke. I can always tell when I’ve been using it too much and need to take more of a break. I think it really does come down to being in tune with your body and knowing when your body is telling you, you’ve consume too much of any compound.
I want to quit everyday use, its tough to let go, maybe in the future I could be moderate but right now I want to take a break and see how it makes me feel without to know the difference, thanks for your perspective.
same age too
im smoking too when im dead broke, feel so dumb about it all
Well my brother, I think by you opening up like this shows you what you know what you need to do. I agree its not easy. Having a hard reset is worth it. Your body will fight back with bad sleep, terrible nightmares and potentially cold sweats. After a couple weeks you start to feel alot better though. Ive had numerous cravings recently and all I tell myself is "remember how it makes you feel, remember how you treat others when you are high and having withdraw" it gives me the energy to drop the subject and do something productive. One of the biggest reasons I started my channel was to literally channel my energy into something more positive. Feel free to reach out anytime! I wish you the best
@ Its not fun although just imagine not spending anymore money on it and think of what you could do with that extra cash! even a few dollars a week adds up!
I started at 18 because of insomnia, it was great at first as a sleep aid, before it was legal the shit I got was outdoors grown schwags that got a mild buzz going, just enough to get me relaxed and sleepy, without the massive rush of anxiety that comes with high THC dank that every store sells nowadays. Even indicas seem to do it for me. Anyway two years ago after smoking daily for 9 years, I was in a bit of a rough spot, not enough money left to pay my credit card, pretty high stress situation overall. I decided to go for a smoke to hopefully relax. During the initial rush of anxiety that I usually just power through, this time I had heart palpitations (PVCs, feels like a double beat then a skipped beat, supposed to be harmless but still extremely worrying if you've never felt anything like it) that sent me into a full blown "I'm having a heart attack, this is how I die" panic attack. First one I ever had. It scared me straight. Quit cold turkey that same day. Of course, that made the anxiety worse.
The next few months were torture. Sweating like a pig (the sweat reeked of weed lmao), lack of appetite (went from 180lbs to 170lbs in a month) and last but not least weekly panic attacks following the same pattern of heart palpitations making me think I'm dying. I immediately quit all caffeinated beverages as well as alcohol (which sucked because my go-to drink when I was designated driver was coca cola). I refused to sleep in my room and slept on the living room couch so in case I had an actual heart attack in my sleep a roommate would find me quicker (not that it would matter probably lol). I went to the ER multiple times where they just told me I was fine, of course being paranoid about the heart palpitations I didn't believe them and the panic attacks continued. Doc eventually prescribed ativan for a month then zoloft for the next couple months. Thankfully I haven't had a panic attack for a year and a half now, I still get occasional heart palpitations but at this point I pretty much got used to them. They still stress me out but after having so many of them they don't send me into a panic attack anymore *knocks on wood*.
Was the initial panic attack caused by weed alone? I kinda doubt it. It was definitely a factor that helped kick it off, but I'm pretty sure I would have panicked regardless after feeling the heart palpitations for the first time. I'm still glad I quit because it wasn't even enjoyable anymore, I needed it to feel normal. Now I'm sober and I feel normal. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get my life together because my insomnia is still there and it's crippling (Non 24 Disorder), but at least I'm sober so I guess I'll take the W for now.
I quit cold turkey last week after heavy daily smoking for 15 years. I’ve tried for years but one day I felt and saw the difference and I never want to go back. I’m 32, almost 33 so I’m very late to the game lol but I was the same way when I smoked, I would get snippy and stressed and for the same amount of time! And the vags under my eyes, also had some discoloration around my eyes. Glad to find someone who’s had the same experience

45 days in right now. Brain fog is getting better, sleep is getting better, but I still have quite a bit of anxiety and suppressed appetite

It all depends on what you intend to use it for and your state of mind whilst doing it. I occasionally use it for sleep and it helps a lot. I did do it recreationally when I was younger but I stopped as I didn’t want to get addicted so really it’s what you’re using it for.
I would agree 100%, for myself It was for pure enjoyment and didnt think anything of it. Eventually it became a crutch and Id smoke when I felt down or just wanted to "chill" turns out it only made everything worse. Very hard to quit as a daily user, I had 4 weeks of insomnia which was happening due to excessive sweating during the night, from head to toe, really difficult to function during the day due to the fatigue. Glad it's over, kicked caffeine as well in the process, eating well and working out feels great. Might take an occasional trip to the dam for nostalgia purposes but finished with regular use.
@@mjay8055 I'm happy to hear you're doing well my friend! Its certainly a roller coaster ride getting away from daily use. Exercise and a good diet certainly help! So many outlets to be productive with, investing in yourself for the long run is much more worth it.
With that amount of usage you need to get to a year clean to be fully clean. The last thing it effects before being out of your system completely is sleep. Specifically, deep sleep and dreaming.
I hear you, thats why I am grateful Ive already started that process. A long way to go yes although I know how much it has already benefitted me so I will not be giving up on that. My sleep has gotten better although still not as good as it could be. I appreciate your feedback and openness.
I’m on day 12 no weed and it took me to leave the United States to stop. I can gladly say I am never smokin weed again fr.
@@RjImproves Happy New Year my friend! It sounds like you've had quite a journey, I hope you are doing well
im right here with you bro - i quit at new year after losing 4 years of my life to it. In the UK it's really common to smoke with tobacco too, so it's been extra tough but i'm going for an entire year clean before i eventually end up dabbling here and there. I never want to go back to daily consumption, let alone smoking by myself.
@@Beggso3 Thanks for sharing, bro-it takes real strength to make that change, especially with the added challenge of quitting tobacco too. Going for a year clean is an incredible goal, and it’s inspiring to see you take control of your life like this. Stay strong, and remember why you started this journey-you’re not alone in this!

Your video literally popped up after I was literally thinking what am I doing to myself?
I haven't smoked weed as long as you, but been using it as self medication for my mental health. It's helped massively and loved it, but recently I've overdone it on a few occasions trying to medicate and thought "why the hell am I doing this making me feel paranoid and can't look at people!"
I'm constantly thinking about weed and even though I've got enough I keep looking to buy more online.
Think it might be time to cut back drastically, especially on the thc. I used to use Cbd flower and no transitioned to mainly thc only. Heard you can get type 2 with a mixed ratio of thc/cbd.
I dunno but as far as thc only, which everything is massively high thc now and is too strong, I think my relationship with it will have to change now!
5:10 I couldn't agree more. I've noticed a revolution amongst young men to quit smoking weed. Im 22 y/o. Been smoking since i was 12. Weed damaged my life and robbed many opportunities. I quit cold turkey ~4months ago and to say my life has changed and done a 180 is an understatement. 8:00 I experienced the same, I think it would be interesting to chat, just respond to this comment if youre open to it. Adrian, I am in the same boat, thanks for the video. Hope to hear from you soon. - Misha
@@mishahlamazda5618 I appreciate your support and positive feedback Misha. I would certainly agree with you, although weed has been in so many cultures for so long, it's been glorified and ultimately doesn't really do any good. Of course to each their own, not everyone has the same experiences although In the long run it really is not worth it to me. I would be happy to talk more, I look forward to hearing from you!
As a professional cannabis cultivation director, i can tell you we do NOT spray our plants with any monsanto type of harsh pesticide. We use all organic sprays and use beneficial predatory insects. Further more we do NOT spray anything past week 2 of flowering stage where buds are not at all present.
I cannot say the same for other farms but in the legal industry we do NOT use violate codes for profit.
@@stevejung6470 it's not my place to ask what company you work for although I've learned alot of legal cannabis in Canada does get controlled by large pesticide companies. Whether or not the people I talked to are right, I would be curious to still know what form of sprays are then used!

I understand you completely, I personally am sharing my experience because I felt it might help spark conversation around this topic which it has more than I expected. I couldnt find the balance, I felt weak as sissy as that sounds. It was taking away from who I am as a person, so instead of smoking I chose to make a youtube channel and channel my extra time and efforts into this. I appreciate your positive feedback!

if youre basically feeling like shit, theres really no point in smoking weed 100% agreed. but I strongly believe if you have your life figured out and everything is working well, I see no problem with smoking weed or doing anything really, as long as it doesnt derail again the way it has once. I hope Ill be able to stop like you at one point. Didnt smoke yesterday, but the urge is too strong that I might smoke again today
@@SeriousJB I completely understand you and feel the same. Everyone is different and bodies handle things differently. Honestly, I don't think I would be alive right now if it weren't for weed. I was miserable for the first 18 years of my life thanks to ADHD, severe anxiety, and depression. I went through various prescriptions meds that made me feel better in some ways, but way worse in others. Some made me feel like I was just a zombie on autopilot. First time I smoked cannabis, it was like I was my true self for the first time. I know different people react differently to it, and if you're having negative experiences, you should absolutely quit, but it's exactly what the doctor ordered for me. Other than a tolerance break every few months, I've been a daily smoker for over 20 years now. I grow all my own medicine now too.
i bet a doctor didn't order it for you. You're just justifying your high.
@@PortHerc A doctor did, in fact, order it for me, but "what the doctor ordered" is an idiom meaning "just the right thing." Weed is fully legal where I live now, so I don't need the medical card anymore anyway.
i quit weed 2 years ago after smoking for about 6 years and its one of the best things ive ever done.
i was addicted for around 2 months, which sounds like nothing but it really creeped up on me fast, I stopped for a while and now It gives me anxiety so I've stopped completely
Weed only works for me if I’ve been addicted to it…when I smoke without a tolerance it’s too much for me.
That is understandable and only you know what is best for you! I wish you all the best my friend
Great video Adrian, as a fellow Canadian in ontario, it's nice to hear your story as it's quite relatable. If it cool with you I'd like to hear your opinion about my situation.
So I'm 22 just graduated uni last year & I've never smoked & or drinked in my life, mainly due to 2 factors 1) The fact that I've been too busy completing my engineering degree from Ryerson(rye high) & 2) Living with parents to save money.
At some point in the near future I'd plan to move out & rent a place however, I fear the temptation to consider starting to smoke not from a place of addiction but curiosity. What would you say to me if you were in my position to avoid this shit. Stay home? Move out and just never start? Moderation?
Also side tangent.
In a funny way, I'd say this is one of the things trudeau was popular for, legalizing weed. He really did a lot wrong for this country man...
Happy New Year my friend! I appreciate your support and openness. First off it sounds like you are on an amazing path for yourself so congrats for working as hard as you are to complete such a program! I actually dropped out of college after my first year.
It sounds like you are taking a smart path (in my opinion of course) living with your parents, family or friends is never bad. The western culture looks down on that so much, I disagree. I think its smart to work on your personal achievement's, save money and actually enjoy time with your family when you can. You are with your parents for a finite time, siblings whoever you'd call your family and parents. Time flys so enjoy where you are now and realize youll never be in this same position forever and or again. Its a chapter that you will one day close forever.
As for using anything like weed for enjoyment, relaxation or escaping reality. Make a choice you can live with. If you feel guilty doing something maybe think twice...If you believe you have the tolerance to enjoy it once and a while do that. At the end of the day its your journey and your story to write...Your book will also include learning lessons, mistakes, memories youll look back on and smile about or say Ill never do that again. Dont stress yourself out, be safe and be smart.
The only downside to store bough weed we have in this country as per what you said with Mr. Trudeau...the weed is laced with so many chemicals that do alter your brain over time and are certainly not good for your body. A little company called Monsanto is contracted to sell all brands pesticides of which end up in the weed people smoke. If you can find a more organic brand if you choose to dabble in it.
I wish you all the best and sorry for the long winded response.
@@Mr.pichler Thanks for the thoughtful reply I appreciate it! Yeah, staying home does have it's pros & cons however in our current situation here in Canada it's a no brainer financially, & also I once heard a quote mentioning 80% of the time you spend with you parents is while you live at home growing up after that things fly by.
Speaking about additions there's too many options these days for what we can get hooked too... alcohol, gambling, weed, prn, video games, etc...
Gotta make our choices wisely brother.
Since the pandemic the tone of our lives have changed. However, (not trying to get too political here) it feels like good things are coming soon for us. Governments seems to be going back on track, with our new leader.
Either way best of luck to you & Make the year count!
Great vid.
weed does get to be a touchy subject, i feel like it can really be a double edge sword
I agree with you 100% although some people classify it as being light/ something more natural it still can have side effects and everyone is different! I personaly would still use CBD oil in the future if I ever felt inclined for something although now I enjoy a nice cigar once every few months
@ cbd flower is lit too, I mix it with good quality tobacco and roll one before work for anxiety without a high
once anything is not making you feel how it used to and giving you bad effects thats when you stop
I agree! That was my go ahead to quit. It was actually pretty easy to put it down. It got so bad I knew I only had one choice to make.
