- Here is my terrible attempt at a small training camp in the canaries... couldn't swim, could barely ride a bike but did manage to get some good run training in ready for Ironman Tallinn!

just come across your channel, nice work. We go over to Lanzarote every year, and I always take a wetsuit, like you found out its just too damn cold
Thank you mate! Yeah I really wish I had of bought a wetsuit, I felt cold to bone for about 4/5 hours after that swim! 😂 definitely a lesson learned for next time, need to plan a lot better!
