Electric cars are too new to require mandated sales. There isn't enough experience with them to tell how they're going to last. And some areas of Canada require gas vehicles since they're too remote and get too cold for electric vehicles.

@@ryanmunster8705 they’re starting to tax unoccupied real estates which is something I guess. But the real problem would be the bidding prices people get in when purchasing a home/condo, I do think that as soon as they could get more homes built the prices should stabilize.

The solution is that everybody needs to go to university and study hard, so that they can get a very high-paying job. This way, whether the rents are $2000, $3000, $4000 or even $5000 per month will not affect you. There is no future for the working person.
Or work in the trades. No massive student loan debt.
