I always thought that AA did almost everything right IMO. So i'm happy with the combat currently and its still in alpha who knows what it'll be by the time the game comes out.
Interestingly enough, this makes me realize the Meta in the future of PVP combat will be actual combat lines. 1. You guys had 2-3 people jump into all 40 of them while they had a single guy jump into you, let's say the closest line for them was a bunch of AOE tanks and Fighters who could just slash them down in 1-2 abilities, you'd of actually been at the disadvantage over them right away. While they on the other hand tried to do a mini nuke with one aoe suicide bomber, then the rest of the fight may have been a 47 to 49 before everyone is truly ready. I honestly see the military of this game shaping up to be a lot more like Mount and Blade meets Starcraft, where you try and hold different levels and ranges of players, but slowly mesh into an all out brawl where everyone breaks ranks outside of the highest skilled PVP teams. 1. Front side, all tanks, Mid Line is archers, fighters & healers, End Line is magics users and rogues. with different variations. I could see over time if people could actually work together becoming the new Roman Legion of AOC. Right now it's just a bunch of ranged users jumping around like bugs spam casting
i really hope they gonna change and give us classic health bar not that stack shit,overall i really enjoy to play it game.I more focus on phase 3 bcs there is another phase probably will be wipe and we hope no wipe in phase 3 before beta!
guys were too busy to 40v40 epherium for the rest of the year. I know we have been waiting six years for this match up but instead lets all just pretend like we're too busy irl and fight each other instead that way NO ONE CAN SEE HOW BAD WE REALLY ARE IF WE JUST LOSE TO OURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been with Enveus for 3 weeks but if you've been obsessed with them for 6yrs over a game that isn't released, I'd find a hobby. 3. @SurBENTLEY yeah pretty much. We try to be strategic but the vision kinda limits your strats. Tanks wall ability is huge in these big fights.

@@Vujkan yeah the health bar thing sucks imo. Makes it feel like there's a lot desynce when fighting.
I expected it to be similar to Archeage PvP with synergy etc but thats just bad click n spam
