Thanks for putting out a great instructional video. Very timely too, I signed up for the kick starter almost two months ago and I am expecting it to arrive soon. I ordered it for the portableity. I have a Everlast 253 DPI. I have used it to weld on boats for the last 5 years. It's a great machine, but it's not very portable. The 200DP display will be much easier to work with compared to the 253. I am sure it will make a dent in Everlast 's and HTP's market share if it dependable. I work on aluminum and steel doors and that's all mobile work. It should be a real asset there if the quality and durability can hold up.
The machine only will allow.045 wire for pulse aluminum so that kind of defeats the purpose of welding thin materials. The machine doesn't allow.035 in pulse.
Thanks for watching! Hope this video helps you better understand pulsed MIG welding!

www.youtube.com/@MakingStuff, could you have used 100% argon for the dual pulse on the steel?
I pulse TIG on the parts I weld.
