I bought one these 250 just under a year ago. I really like it's performance. It's powerful 250 amps / 30 volts. It's light weight especially compared to transformer machines. I have two criticisms. I prefer having two independent control knobs one for voltage one for amps. Also the display does not let me select.045 wire for steel wire. Other than those personal preferences I recommend this machine for anyone who needs some thing more powerful than a 200 amp mig. It can flat out lay down dual shield.045 or spray transfer. Try it you will like it.

It appears that you didn't switch polarity when you changed to fluxcore. See 14:20. Other than that this was a very helpful video. I just got a MIG-250PRO and was setting it up. The "manual" was not completely clear on setting up the wire/wire tension (photos were too dark to be helpful). I haven't actually welded with it yet but that's on the agenda for tomorrow.

Graphene liner is for welding aluminum with the mig torch, not for the spool gun which does not use a liner

Why would you not make this machine capable of running on 110 with an adapter at half the amp range? Seems moronic seeing as how the 205DS has that option. Why does it come with a mig gun rated for 150 amps instead of 250? Can this spray transfer? Also why is everything in metric when this welder is marketed towards Americans?! Too many red flags on this one...
