Didn’t understand the dmarc part. Where do I get the value?

For rua and ruf tags in the Value field, replace [e-mail] with your email address.

Hello, if the namecheap domain is registered in google work space and I want to transfer it to microsoft 365, should I delete the google records in namecheap?
