To be clear, if my domain provider is Godaddy, but host is for example Hostgator (Godaddy nameservers will point to hostgator), the email configuration will be done with Godaddy only (domain provider)? And the website hosting provider is not involved at all?

Hello there, as Im using Google Workspace I already have my TXT record of Google in my domain DNS, but now I just enrolled for Office 365 and was trying to add their TXT record of my Domain, however despite of adding their records Office 365 is not able to DETECT and VERIFY their given TXT record and instead they are showing error pointing Google's TXT record. Anybody knows about it? Are we suppose to use TXT record for only one service?? Please help, thank you.

I have applied a retention policy with default tag to for Outlook inbox especially in O365 Exchange admin panel for 1 year on a shared mailbox to keep mails inside inbox 1 year & then delete mails as time 1 year completes but i can not see previous mails upto 1 year in that mail box's inbox but just seing upto 3 months as i applied 3 months retention policy before this one what can be the reason & solution because retention policy has been succesfully applied i can see it being mentioned under new mails. Can anybody help with this?

When you remove a domain from O365 tenant, does it remove all DNS records that were added during its addition. Or do you have to clean it up manually?
No, you need to remove DNS records from public DNS portal manually.
How migrate domain from Gmail to office 365 (including mail backup) can you explain this please

If any user is using custom domain in email address or UPN, you will not be able to remove your domain. This is called domain dependency. You need to change the domain suffix manually to another domain and then u can remove domain. You can also let Office 365 admin center to remove that domain for you and it will assign initial domain for all users automatically.

How come I am getting prompted to replace my name servers to Microsoft's name servers? Can I keep it as default to my hosting provider? It says I need to replace it in order to connect to Microsoft's services and it shows incomplete. I did not see that portion in this video
Hi, you do not have to point name server from domain provided to MS. Please consult your domain provider regarding this.

After updating the domain dns in domain provider and in outlook admin account, the existing users still cannot able to receive emails from external source... please him me...

Please copy the mx,txt and cname record from dns domain provider to outlook dns settings and restart the application and check...

If you have purchased domain from another domain provider, you need to add DNS records on the domain provider portal. Backend process remains same. I hope this answers your query.
