I've got a decent one. I use the matilija aerospace anti Capitol ship cannon for the "rail gun." It's a riot now that it's not vanilla, but wasn't bad before. Love that show. Now that mods are out for xbox, I'm gonna look at the viability of a donny build.
I’ve been rocking your N1 build for a while now. The Mandalorian armor just rounds out the entire look. That with all my crew wearing death watch and night owl armor. Pirates and Va’ruun don’t stand a chance. Your builds are awesome. Even with the difficulty cranked all the way up, gives them slightly better odds. But, it’s hard for them to win a fight with these setups. I’ve been subbed for a couple weeks now, and periodically come back to see what you’ve been up to. All the new pieces and mods has me branching out and building a ton of different ships. Hell, I even built the Yamato from a TH-cam tutorial. Surprisingly, it didn’t crash when playing with it. I’ve had a couple different versions of my own Enterprise before mods came along. Currently I’m working to update and lengthen one with all the new ship parts. Got to tell you though, your N1 build with the Avontech ship pieces is damn near perfect! Keep up the good work, bud! If I get my Enterprise the way I want it, I’ll send it to you.
Beautiful build. I ended up doing something similar (different roles) with my beloved Va’ruun Revelation IIs while still maintaining the aesthetic that is unique to this model. I find that it’s useful to have one ship with insane mobility/top-speed and another with some capacity to store all those high quality weapons and suits that I “liberated” from the Zealots.
Speaking of mods, for all ya´ shipbuilders out there, there´s a mod out now that gives you access to ALL ship-parts at all the major cities so you dont have to run around the galaxy looking for that landinggear. Both console and pc.

You would happen to be playing on Xbox would you? If so, are you having the same sound issues with the Star Wars blasters mod? All of the weapon replacers look amazing, but don’t make any sounds when firing. Really kills it for me. Anyway, just curious. Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear you have issues, with the update I had performance problems that would make it stutter nearly every 5 seconds, causing audio to cut out. I eventually fixed it. Not sure how to fix it for xbox. Some say to disable mods or creations, close game, load back in and enable them and load your save. Others say mute all audio, exit and load back in and enable sounds again. No idea If this will help you, but this is more than just happening to you so there may be help out there.

@@ShipTechnician I've used a couple of your builds as a basis for my builds. If you're looking for ideas for content, just a suggestion..... start hijacking ships and give us teardown videos. There are a lot of ships that you can get, like the Wight 3, that I would love to see a proper teardown of so that maybe I could BUILD it, instead of trying to capture it....find the contraband, jettison it, etc. You could do it as a Teardown "this is what the ship is" Then show us your own modified versions, and it would suit the theme of your channel.
I'm just. I'm fucking speechless. The Kom'rk fighter transport is LITERALLY MY FAVORITE SHIP IN STAR WARS. And the N1 can be so easily edited to match Shin Hati's. Oh my. Oh my oh my.
ok technically my favorite is Ahsoka's red spinny one but I only like it for its ability to spin like that, so until someone with HELLA modding skills thoroughly fucks with the Starborn Guardian to accommodate that whole idea, Kom'rk-class is my favorite for all intents and purposes that can relate to Starfield.

Hello ShipTechnician! Would you be willing to do a build showcasing the "Mauler 106S Shot-Cannon?" It is unique among all ship weapons in that it is a DOUBLE-BARREL SHOTGUN! It functions unlike anything else in the game. The stats are bad, so I think most players never try it out. Nobody knows about the space shotgun?! It is nowhere near as good as particle cannons--or even the Vanguard Hellfire Cannon--but I believe ship combat in Starfield has now been "solved," and many players are missing out on the interesting gameplay found in exploring the "bad" parts. I think some exposure for other build types from the best ship builders would be great. I am using it with 2x sets of Reza Pulse Laser Turrets (for their cool looking Star Wars style firing pattern!) and I am convinced that this is the most cinematic possible setup for space combat. It is not "GOOD," but Starfield is so easy when equipped with particle cannons that for me, this is the new meta. Who can beat this light show?

Functionally speaking having the docking bay connected to the armory is not the greatest idea. At least in regards to hostile boards. Yes I know that you cannot be boarded by enemy NPC’s, but I won’t apologize for role-play considerations.

The Exterminator particle beams unlock at level 60, but you could use something else. The reactor unlocks at level 49, but you could find another one. In general, you could likely swap out parts for whatever level you’re at. Which begs the question: what level are you? Perhaps I can help pick out some parts for you?

At level 21, you don’t have too many options. Probably the White Dwarf 3000s. Once you’re up to level 27, and assuming you have 1 point in Starship Design, upgrade to the SA-4110s, which are the same family as the SA-4330s.

Correct - I will typically buy the landing gear first, as the ship builder throws an error if you don’t have enough landing thrust, then visit the other vendors to get their specific pieces, and finally go to my outpost landing pad to finish the build as that has a large variety of structural pieces
You don't even need cargo builds anymore thanks to the mod that increases your ships cargo to 20k. Means you can build smaller and faster now. Mods broke the game lol.
Mods only break the game if you are a major cheat and use without discrepancy. I use star wars mods, instant ship part unlocks, as that makes since. I also use alien player and the new fantastic sabers mod, my only real game breaker is The no power usage for starborn powers and I don't even use the powers often. The only one I use is gravity wave cause it reminds me of force push. The rest I left alone save for infinite boost pack for a Jango fett jet pack style. I have to build cargo storage and ships with credits I earn, and no infinite weight or cargo space.
Wait think the second build would possibly work with the white dwarf engines that top out at 180 to give it that speed plus only takes 2 power per engine
For whatever reason when I’m at my outpost building I’m missing some parts, like for the engines it’s only showing the SA-4220 instead of the 4320 and instead of the DC403 reactor it’s only showing the DC402.

That sounds doable. That is a nice build, but the actual ship systems aren’t very powerful. I think we could maintain most of the aesthetic/structural components and swap out some key pieces to get better performance. But also, you can’t vote more than once :) it’s tracked to your IP address
The shield can obviously be upgraded to either the Assurance SG-1800, to keep the same look. The weapons should be vanguard obliterators, exterminator 95MeV Autos, and if you still want missiles probably the CE-59s. The grav drive should be upgraded to get at least 28LY of range, that’s a simple change. The most difficult changes will be the engines and reactor. I think you could probably get a Pinch 8A or 8Z to fit in the same place as that DC403, but you’d have to move both NG20 landing gears forward one connection point, since you don’t get connection points on the bottom of the Pinch reactors (but the habs running along the top should allow for the back of the ship to still be connected. The engines are a bit trickier. I don’t like how low the mobility stat is on that build, but I like the look they’ve achieved with those engines. Perhaps try this: just off the landing bay you enter into a 3x1, and right behind that 3x1 is a 2x1. Change those habs into two 2x1s. Such that you now have a 1x1 empty space between the reactor and those habs, and slot in a ‘middle’ variant of a Slayton SA-4330 engine. That will bring your total engine power up to 12 points, but also provide a bit more maneuvering thrust to bump up that mobility stat while maintaining the aesthetic of the engines in the back of the ship (plus it will maintain the Class A top speed). I don’t think it will quite get you to 100 mobility, but it should help. Perhaps I can put together a quick video about this… :)

The turret on the bottom was the one that was causing the glitching issues cause it was glitching through floors and stuff whenever you land
