what was your starting ship, i know it doesnt really matter but just wandering

The whole front nose cap will not connect to the landing gear and theres nothing there to hold it in place, how did you connect it, is this even xbox?

Hi. Please explain what affects the weapon ranges? In this video for ex. the PBO175 auto has a range over 4000 but when I install the same weapon on my ship the range is significantly lower?

Total side discussion, but when I noticed that the Amun-7 had such a high boost speed, and that the Rambler seemed to be the lightest ship for sale in terms of mass it made me interested in doing a low mass build, seeing how far I could push performance while keeping the ship as zippy as possible. It was a fun distraction, and quite different from the typical approaches to ship building.

You aid in the Mantis recovery are terrible, I mean actually worse then terrible. I tried to do the floor puzzle in the mantis run but I'm not sure what happened because the guns decided to shoot me as I was trying to walk the letters in the room. Now I had been bad as a new player my lock picking was zero and as far as I'm concerned the maze was fucked for me, so I left and tried to improve my security, I have security 3 now so I guess I will go back now and try again. Also I guess the ship build is OK, but since the Mantis is suppose to be for a new player why would a new player have a base on a planet with a ship building station, lame if you ask me. I'm still sub level 15 so I can't make very many upgrades and wonder if I should do the whole stupid blah blah run to get the other ship. Ah well whatever. I hate that I should keep fucked alive to make my ship faster, I do not desire that.

I loved this ship's profile so much, after building it I used its basic profile to create a ship of my own. My flight deck is offset, up and forward, and of course I have my nacelles with Jefferies tubes. 😂 Again, thanks!

Just picked this ship up last night. I deleted the game then decided to try it again after all these months. It hasn't changed much. Nice design.

I’m a level 30 with ship building and piloting at level 4, just waiting to get higher level to get access to more parts, thanks for the options, I do have a level 60 first playthrough but not built around ship building so this is fun

Another wondrous build. My Mantis has been through several iterations; Cmdr 31's, Razorleaf concept, a version of Wizard's Krakatoa. I'm partial to fast combat ships, and having 'Darkstarred' and 'Matiljaed' this beauty it's an absolute monster!

why no cargo space ????

I have this mod but i don't see Mesa Manor on the map of Jemison. Is there a map marker for it ???

Ships like this are really the only ones I'm interested in, I'm not fussed about much cargo space. I basically have three versions of this ship about 400 hours and NG+, but they're all B class. This C class version is novel to me. I've learned a lot from you. Thanks.

This is all sweet, if that is you can get the ship to actually spawn when you get it. Only on my very first playthrough did i actually get it. Otherwise I've been awarded it but it never actually appears in my inventory.

Pretty much a few weeks after release, my first big cargo ship (25000+ cargo, basically a mobile storage hub) was already setup like this: 4 x 3015 engines for the speed. 6 turrets facing to the rear. Just as a supplement, 2 turrets facing the front. As my ship had zero mobility anyway, the idea was to turn and flee any dangerous fight by just accelerating away from the enemy, while peppering them with the turrets. It worked pretty well even on hard. Thanks for the math!

Hello I’m using your ship poi mod for Xbox and for some reason it seemed to stop working, was working at first but now the poi’s don’t show up, I even had one discovered the ecliptic battleship calumus and I still have the quest but the poi itself disappeared and the quest doesn’t take me to any system now. Was wondering if you knew what might be the cause or if you know how far up or down in my load order I should have that mod.

If there is ever a mod for propeller parts id like to try and see a verta bird build from fallout 4.

Nice, I love me some actual data gathering, especially since the creation kit can be annoyingly cryptic with its variables. Also, annoyed with the lack of a variable for regen delay. I wanted to make a weak shield that makes up for it with constant regeneration, but apparently that's going to require some scripting.

I have all my stats maxed out, lvl112, [c], used all of the same parts and weapons, but my firepower, even with Barret, isn't anywhere close to yours... Maybe they nerfed the weapons?

It's only good after you had the chance to beat the game I watched the video when I was level 15 now I'm level 50 ish and just want to delete this stupid game the game should give its XP way more so it could be way more fun playing reaching max lvl on everything when beating starborn. what a waste 🗑

If you jack a Crimson Wright III you can get the reactor for free and deleting the unused parts reduces the overall cost of this build! I think my cost was 130,000 credits. I know I didn't spend over 150,000 after rebuilding the Crimson Wright III. It already has several parts you need.

It’s wild to me that the official length if the roci is said to be around 40m, but this one is basically 80m long which makes much more sense interior wise imo

Is the maximum acceleration ratio of 45 thrust to mass the same for non boost acceleration as well? As in under that mass you get to full speed in the same time. Over that mass you start chipping away on acceleration. So a maximum cargo, low top speed (130) max mobility and acceleration ship has a combination of C (high mobility but heavy) and B (less mobility but more weight for cargo) engines to balance out the acceleration and mobility thresholds at the same weight.

I have a question and don’t know where to ask it, so I’ll just ask. I have the shield problem where my shields aren’t giving me the value they say in parts list, even at full power. Is there a way to fix this without losing my achievement validity?

The 5th and 6th Obliterator cannons are not attaching to the lower section of the grav drive for some reason…

The "Osiris 2020-B Shield Generator" is a B-class shield, your shipbuilder has it incorrectly listed as A-class. This is the only problem I've found with the shipbuilder. Thanks for all the hard work you put into making this. It has really helped me a lot! :)

This is the worst/best ship guide i have seen. Would be nice to know what i NEED before i start building...so dont keep the importent stuff for the middle of the vudeo -.-
