2.5 is better! 1.anything 4 cylinder engines are very easy to flood! A proven example is with a cold engine, you could only start up the engine and shut it down once, but if you do it again like say back it out of a garage just so it’s not in the way and you put it back in while the engine is still cold, then you go and start the next day, it’ll take you 15 tries to get it running because it’s flooded!
Yeah I’m kinda bummed about that too, I’ve had mine for over a year now, 2023 model, best car I’ve ever owned. I wish Hyundai would have kept that trim for those who want the same exact sporty red stitched seats but don’t wanna spend the extra $$ on an N-Line with bigger 2.5 turbo

It's a shame they got rid of this 1.6T for the 24 Sonata, that engine was much smoother than the NA 2.5L.

@@jacobyo99 engine too small for a car that big and the turbo didn't help. Although it didn't have any blaring issues, it had More issues than the 2.5
