Do you know how to restart one of these! It will turn on but the light doesn’t come on, I can’t use the mic, and the red letters don’t pop up when I turn it on 😢
Please help: the light is not on, and no sound even it was full charged, conected to my Ipad. Before it was fine, I tried all the buttons but did not work.

If you're looking for a hard reset option, you may have to fully discharge it first

Have you tried a different cable for charging? Different power brick?
