Hey Chris, thanks for sharing! It looks very much like the Haka Sausage Stuffer! The Haka to all intense and perpouses looks robust, but the platted stainless steel started coming off in the demonstrators meat! Any way, I am guessing that by now you have used it a bit more, so what's your overall opinion on the machine now? £80 ..... can't seem to go to far wrong, if yours is like what I am seeing now. I didn't see a brand name. If you don't mind, would you please tell me where you bought it from and how I could get my hands on one!
Hello Sean, this is the identical unit to mine - www.amazon.co.uk/Hengda-Vertical-Stainless-Commercial-Restaurant/dp/B08P1RXXQV/ref=sr_1_3?crid=34HYSE2QB0PME&dchild=1&keywords=3l+sausage+stuffer&qid=1609597043&sprefix=3l+sausage%2Ckitchen%2C148&sr=8-3 As a matter of fact, I used it today making 6,627kg of salami - there is no plating on the machine, it’s all solid stainless except the splines that connect to the crank handle. The stuffer works perfectly every time. Note when cleaning, the big plunger disk unscrews from the drop shaft, very useful. All the best
Hello Joseph, no, there isn’t a video for cleaning. The unit comes apart into cleanable pieces in seconds - drum, nozzle, and plunger disk/seal - the rest is spray wipeable. All the best
Useful video thanks. I have 3 querries please. 1. What were the welds which welded the 4 brackets to the cylinder like? If they were not full seam welds do you think they were good enough to take the forces during use? 2. What was the quality of the rack and pinion mechanism which forces the plunger down. 3. Who did you buy it from? Thanks Tony
Tony B Hi Tony, the frame is all pressed and bolted, the cylinder is seam welded and finished off well enough, but not perfect like stainless laboratory apparatus. The gearbox has so far taken hours of punishment without hitch; my only grumble is the star shaped coupling shaft into the crank handle is a bit sloppy, tho works fine and will last the duration I’m sure. I bought it from Amazon @ £87 - it’s gone up a bit since. All the best www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07D3QLJKK/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B07D3QLJKK&pd_rd_w=zYBGH&pf_rd_p=1055d8b2-c10c-4d7d-b50d-96300553e15d&pd_rd_wg=0YCZH&pf_rd_r=GHS3J5YA7N3SB28AGZS4&pd_rd_r=cf5e16be-04bd-43b2-8056-16a5c6e5b7b8&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyTDUxS0RUODhLQVIxJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMTE4MDgwMTBWR1pDS1MwRzJHTiZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMzc3MDI5VkdOVFdPSERPRlpZJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfZGV0YWlsJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
Hello Harrison, the stuffer has worked without any issues - we have unleashed it often with friends and family making use of it too. All in all, seriously good value and fit for purpose👍🏻
Hi, I have one exactly, container little bigger, but my come with some attachments for churros also
Hi I bough the 15L one it is very hard tight when you do stuffing! Is there is advice please. Thanks
Hi Samer, there are two gears on the stuffer I demonstrated - use the lower one as it has more power. All the best

I haven't noticed a video on the proper way to clean the equipment. Did you create one?

Hello just wondering does this grind the meat too?
