Thank you.. FYI, My stuffer is still working great. Only thing I would like to see added is a feature that would lift the plunger slightly after you release the foot control while stuffing sausage. The some of the sausage mixture will continue to flow out between links.
I used mine with the smallest diameter tube, used the large diameter the first time, and it kicks back as it continuous to stuff the casing , any suggestions? This is only the second time using it.
Thank you. I used my stuffer a week ago and still works great. Really nice to be able to do the whole process by myself. I’m sure you will enjoy sausage making. If you plan on smoking any just read up on it, and use proper amount of curing salt. That way You won’t have to worry about bacteria. Enjoy!
Thank you for taking the time to post your video. So how goes the stuffer? Thinking about getting one for myself and thought I would check to see how it is holding up. How many times have you used it now? Thanks again
Have used it about 10 times. Still works like new. Very quiet operation. I haven’t used the smallest tube to really test it. No problems with the two middle sized tubes. A small amount of stuffing will continue to flow after the pedal is released. That is normal. My manual stuffer does the same thing.
Tubes from my Enterprise stuffer won’t work with it. Not sure what other brand works work. Our local restaurant supply has stuffing tubes but would have to bring one of mine to compare.
Yes, the rod is threaded with normal right hand threads. Never had any difficulty removing the plunger. I use both hands to unscrew it. Maybe add food safe lubricant before reinstalling it.
Thanks for the video. 2 questions from the bottom of the stuffer to the top of the gear shaft in the upper position for tank removal, how many inches tall is it. are you able to fill the tank with 20 lbs. of meat.
The stuffer is 38" tall fully extended, and 26" when retracted. This stuffer holds 21 to 22 lbs of meat.. I weighed out 20 lbs of pork sausage, then loaded it and had room for a little more.
Thanks for your video...I have a couple of questions: 1st what did you make with smallest tube and does it fit goat/sheep casing? 2nd how do you remove the plunger/piston to clean?
Yes I have used the smaller tube with sheep casing without issue. I usually use the next larger size but that particular casing ran small. The plunger simply unscrews.
I bought the 28 lb. stuffer but when it arrived the speed control only worked going up and only one speed going down (opposite). emailed them and they sent a wiring diagram.and more or less gave me the run around. Cost me to have a technician change the wiring . Don't expect any service. it does work good but I don't think they would ever honor the two year warrenty.
bigcampnewyork You are the second person to comment with a wiring problem. Wires are definitely crossed. If you can figure out which ones to switch, the problem will be solved.
Still running good. Made 50+ lbs of Deer sausage a week ago. It has a one year warranty. They might send you a part for you to change if needed but would have to ship it back at your expense for repair plus return shipping. Would be quite expensive due to its weight. I bought it off of eBay. Don't remember the seller but they had good feedback and price was just under $400. Shipped from California to Louisiana in 4 days.
Hi, Thanks for the vid, I bought one of these after watching your video. Does you varable speed work when the piston is coming up ? or just when your filling in the down position ?Many thanks
The piston unscrews from the threaded shaft. The seal simply sets in the grove around the piston. The seal has to be installed with the cup side down for proper function.
I think it was well worth the money (around $415) for my sausage making. It’s good enough quality for home use and allows me to stuff sausage casing without any help.
Mine is still working fine, but it doesn’t get used very often. I think the issue would be getting parts for it if needed. That said, I would buy another if this one failed. I enjoy making sausage without the need of a second person to crank the manual crank types. (I have two of those)
Hogdude1234 my stuffer is still working well. I did have a problem with it stoping and starting while stuffing a dry mix. But only that one time. No problems with my usual recipe.
gumbob007 good deal! Thank you. I’ve got a couple hundred pounds of deer/pork sausage to make this year. I’ll definitely put it to the test. My LEM hand crank stuffer is just too much work. Again, great vid. Very informative.
Definitely will stuff slow but my really slow may not be slow enough for you. Been thinking of doing an updated video in the future. When I do, I will include the minimum and max push speeds.
Yes the spring loaded valve stays open until it touches the meat then will close and reopen when plunger is reversed. No reverse suction. Have never stuffed sausage at lowest setting. I usually run at about a pound every 3 1/2 to 4 seconds.
Im using the smallest tube for sausage links and when the plunger hits the meat it bounces back up so it's not forcing the meat through the tube! Does anyone know why???????
Sadie Schornack Possibly your sausage mixture may be too dry for this stuffer. I used the smallest tube on a dry mix. It did push the meat through the tube, but in steps. It would push, then slowdown, then push again. I suspect the motor isn’t strong enough for dry recipes using the smallest tube. I have used this stuffer many times and it only happen that one time. My normal sausage mixture flys through this stuffer without any difficulty.
only thing i didn't like is that i had a pound and a half of meat that didnt push out. and they charge you a 20% restocking fee plus you have to pay for the shipping to ship it back
Still working fine. I did have an issue with it stopping and starting with a very dry mix and small stuffing tube. Not a commercial grade stuffer but no regrets on my purchase.
Thanks for that. I have just bought a hand-crank stuffer after suffering for a few years with using my grinder to stuff. When I am ready to move up again I 'll be looking at this one. Was that the actual machine noise when you were stuffing or did you turn the sound way down? Hoping you will be posting some more sausage videos.
The stuffer is that quiet. One of the first things I noticed was how quiet the motor was. The cylinder holds just over 20 lbs of meat. Even when it is full, it's quiet and doesn't strain to push the meat through the stuffing tube. Still very satisfied with my purchase.
Have you used this stuffer with snack sticks? If so, did it have enough power to push the meat through the smallest tube without adding extra water? also, does the smallest tube accept collagen casings used for making snack sticks? Thanks
You are standing in the wrong position. Instead of facing the filler, you should stand on the side and let the machine work. Also, do not stop all the time to link each sausage. Makes your life so much more difficult and a lot of casing is wasted. Other than that, all nice ))
Thanks for the review!
thank you for taking the time to do the video!!
it was very illustrative, we appreciate it!!

Thanks for the review. You answered all our questions and it was very educational. We are ordering one now.
Thanks for the video. Bought the same one but will only use it in a week or so for the first time so very motivated.
Rito. I used it yesterday. Massive surprise to see what size it is. Perfect machine for the job and it cleans up so easy.
@Moore Or Less its a dream to use..buy one yes. Its worth every cent
Bloody good review. Liked it so much I just bought one. Thanks for making the video.
Thanks! A year and a half later and mine is still working great.
where did you buy it
@@montysandor8362 Ali Express. Was about US$450.
This was a very helpful video Sir, much appreciated! 🙋👍
The one I found hat was a 12L ships from Ontario California . 370 with free shipping
Thank you for this very helpful review.
Thanks for this video. It makes me the decision much easier to think about, purchase one of then. Thumbs up Buddy
Okay thanks man I seen a few but not that size I believe. Most the manufactures and shoppers look like they were selling ones that were 12L

Need another copy of the operating manual! Can't find online.

Question: How do you disassemble the piston/plunger? Does it simply screw on to the rod? I didn't want to use too much force...
Yes, the rod is threaded with normal right hand threads. Never had any difficulty removing the plunger. I use both hands to unscrew it. Maybe add food safe lubricant before reinstalling it.

The cost to ship the unit back would discourage any warranty work. Mine still works without any issues.
How to take this machine apart, especially he top portion. The machine is gradually losing power during use, what can be done to prevent this?
is it possible to use this to dose mash potatoes ?
Still running good? They offer any type of warranty? You happen to have the link you purchased this one from?

Hi, Thanks for the vid, I bought one of these after watching your video. Does you varable speed work when the piston is coming up ? or just when your filling in the down position ?Many thanks
The variable speed only works in the down position. So it rises at the fastest speed, allowing you to leave your feed setting untouched.
How did you remove the seal and piston
The piston unscrews from the threaded shaft. The seal simply sets in the grove around the piston. The seal has to be installed with the cup side down for proper function.
Great review thanks for sharing
Great video. How many pounds of meat can you put in there?
I am able to put 20 to 22 pounds in it.
Can I change this 110v to 220v
So have you still got the unit and how’s it now after a few years use
Yes I do. I used it about a year ago and still worked like new. I really like it but do understand that is Chinese made.
So after having the stuffer for awhile, what's your overall opinion of it?

I have the same stuffer. The gasket ripped. Did you have any issues with that gasket ?
Not yet. But a replacement gasket was included with the one I purchased. So they must expect it to fail at some point.
