Absolutely Greg! I was super excited when I seen how well this stuffer could stuff snack sticks, and instantly regretted not making a bigger batch. I want to play with it more lol. Thanks for checking it out!
I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to, but I think you are talking about the piston and the silicon gasket. The gasket comes off of the piston for easy clean up. Nothing is hard to clean on this stuffer.
I purchased the stuffer I have an issue with the meat blowing out of the top seal. I did manage to make with the snack sticks but had to add what I feel was an excessive amount of liquid to the meat in order to get it to push through without blowing out the top. I've been looking for maybe a large o-ring that can go around the top rather than the factory seal. I'm not sure what to do to fix this issue.
Snack sticks create a lot of pressure due to their small diameter so make sure to run it at its lowest speed. Larger diameter sausage can be ran at higher speeds. Also make sure to lubricate the seal with cooking spray or some other food safe oil. So you know, the seal can be put on backwards which will cause this problem as well. The seal should mushroom out towards the meat not the top. Seems backwards but that is the correct direction. Hope that made sense.
I ended up buying this same stuffer. Made some snack sticks and believe me I know how hard they are to make with a hand crank stuffer. This made easy and quick work. Thank you for the recommendation. However, did you figure out how to take the flat piston plate off to clean it good? I figured it would just twist off as if it was on a threaded bolt, but I was afraid to twist too hard didnt want to break anything. Was wondering if you know how to take it off, mine didnt come with any instructions at all for that.
Great video. I’m considering getting a similar model, but I’m worried it might not be very durable. What has your experience with it been like so far, and how much do you use it?
Hey bud, so how are you liking this electric sausage stuffer now that you have had it a while. Still holding up and doing what you expect it to do? Asking because I am about to buy one as well.
Still operating okay? I've found numerous instances of the pressure plate cracking/breaking. Obviously, non-replaceable as they don't sell parts. Loved the vid and ready to buy, but with this issue and the lack of parts, kinda leery.
It's working fantastic. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. My only recommendation when doing small beef sticks is to run at lower speeds and this will prevent excessive pressure being put on the machine, especially if the meat mixture is not moist enough. On larger sausage, crank it up.
If it can stuff snack sticks then it can stuff any sausage easily! The small diameter of the snack sticks makes them the hardest to stuff but this stuffer didn’t struggle any. Yes they were smoked and as I said in the video, that will be my next video release next Monday
Great review Rus, but can you tell me if you bought this from Vevor or through Amazon. I watched your review on the band saw and I am interested in that but have heard horrible things about getting the product from Vevor. They don't have a very good reputation with the BBB. Any insight is appreciated.
It came straight from Vevor. Well packaged and no issues or damage whatsoever. When I got the band saw back then, it came shipped in a wood box and crate. It was extremely well packaged from Vevor. The big stand mixer was shipped the same way. I haven't had any issues at all with Vevor if that helps.
Fantastic review Rus! The Vevor electric stuffer looks so easy allowing you to be able to use both hands to control the casings at the horn. Those snack sticks look great! Awesome video as always. 👍
I bought one on eBay called rovsun looks exactly the same possibly just a different name stuck on it and it was 350 with a $70 coupon so after tax I only paid $300.
I think another company in China makes these, and then they are branded by different companies as you said. True with a lot of products coming from China. As long as they work and hold up, then I'm ok with that. Definitely cheaper to buy. Time will tell how well mine holds up, but so far, it's doing great.
Great review, Rus! Looks like you gotta be on your toes to use that fast mode! That sausage started flying out of that! I know you'll get a lot of use out of this stuffer!👍👍👍
Thanks Kevin! Yeah, it's gonna take some getting use to. Right about time I felt comfortable with it, I ran out of meat LOL. Makes me want to pump out about 30 pounds of snack sticks now haha.
Yeah, it goes down works for sec boggs down comes ip an repeats. I added extra water. Oiled the plunger an does same thing. It will go up an down fine when not stuffing the stuffers
Looks like a fantastic stuffer Rus!! I got one of their hand crank stuffers and it does a good job but good to know their electric can get the job done too!!! Those sticks looked amazing Rus!!!!
It is Jeff! After stuffing that little bit of meat, I found myself wanting to do a lot more haha! Thanks, they turned out really good, I only regret not doing more.
After watching your video I bought one this morning. The site said only one left! All the rest of my equipment is LEM based products. I live in country outside of College Station BTW.
I thought this was a commercial stuffer because of the size and quality. I've seen a lot of Vevor products on here Rus and they all are really incredible. I'll be checking out your next video for sure! Have a great week Bud!
I think Vevor does consider this a commercial stuffer, but for home use, it is amazing! The video will drop next Monday Rob. Thanks for checking this one out! You have a great week as well.
I know what you mean. Once I seen how big that cylinder was, I'm like dang, I should have done a lot more! It was almost comical when I looked how little was in the bottom before I stuffed, but it pushed most of it out. What was left, I put into my 5 pound stuffer and managed to get another 12" of snack sticks.
I have one of these & I wish it worked as good as this one. Mine was from Vevor just the same but was a crock of crap. Could not push water through let alone meat. As for Vevor they were not interested.
Beautiful machine Rus. I like how easy it looked stuffing that tiny casing. I need this in my life. I'll be out of commission for a while, got the Covid bug. Can't wait to the see the MeatStick video. Stay healthy and Merry Christmas to you.
Thanks Luis! It's sure going to make stuffing sausage a one man job. Dang, I hate hearing you got the kung flu! Get well soon brother! That crud ain't no joke!
Thanks, Russ. That large piston on the hand cranked model makes it nearly impossible to crank, even with the 2 speeds available and the gear reduction. Handles to small to deliver the torque to push the piston down... 1/2" breaker bar made it a lot easier and the 33lb capacity was nice not having to stop and refill every 5 lbs.
Yeah, I can imagine. I've stuffed snack sticks in the past using a hand crank stuffer and it took two people with the little stuffer I used. This electric makes it super easy and fast. Thanks for checking the video out!
Howdy Rus. Your timing on putting up content on this stuffer was excellent. I was looking at this stuffer online yesterday. Wow,over 30 lbs capacity. I didn't know what kind of capacity it had based on liters. Heck anything 20lbs or more is enough for me so thanks for helping me decide on my next stuffer. I'll check out how the sticks are next week. Until then have a great day. 🎅🎄👍
Yeah it's a great time of year for guys that are into sausage making to up their sausage game for sure! Great price on this one and I was shocked how well it performed! That video will drop a week from today in the am. Thanks for checking it out Victor!
wow, you got this stuffer quick! Very glad to hear you were impressed by it. looks really cool. the price isn't bad either! I swear when you were talking about this stuffer on a live, I thought it would have been $1k easily. good to know it's not that much
Yeah it only took a few days. They have very fast delivery time. That price can't be beat, if it can I don't know about it. Lot of great quality, especially for the low price compared to other brands which are probably also built in China. Thanks for checking it out Sal!
I just mainly enjoy doing these things. I've always been a person that loves to learn new things and challenge myself to become more proficient at what ever I do. Oh yeah, I still buy plenty of things from the stores, but it would be nice to be completely independent of them.
Rus wow what a great machine!! Pity it's made in damn China!! Surely has to be one made in the US!! IF not why Not!! I'm looking for one too. Will find one made anywhere but China!!
Good luck in your search. So you know LEM products are made in China as well as most other brands. I'm sure there may be a few USA made sausage products available or European at least, but for the price of these, I'll take my chances. This country created this export import system, so unfortunately finding good quality US products has almost became a thing of the past other than a few exceptions I suppose.
Yeah I wasn’t too happy with my last one and why I gave it to Derek. This one put a big smile on my face! I promise I’ll get it off the kitchen counter today haha 😂

That shot of the sausage extruding would make a killer short! Vevor really makes some good stuff and the prices can't be beat. Great video, Rusty!

The piston is threaded on. Just a common right hand thread. It may be on tight. Just grab with two hands and turn off
@@SmokyRibsBBQ Thank you thats what I was wondering, I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me
Great video. I’m considering getting a similar model, but I’m worried it might not be very durable. What has your experience with it been like so far, and how much do you use it?
I've had no issues at all and I find it very well built. I have used it 4 times, so I guess time will tell how well it holds up
Hey bud, so how are you liking this electric sausage stuffer now that you have had it a while. Still holding up and doing what you expect it to do? Asking because I am about to buy one as well.
Well I haven't used it since winter, but last time I used it, it worked great.
Asked a question about pricing. They said they’re not planning a producing anymore 10 and 15L electric stuffers. What’s up? Anyone know?
I have no idea, but I'm glad I got this one.
Great review Rusty! I'm currently shopping an electric stuffer and you helped me make up my mind.

@@SmokyRibsBBQ Also, one more question. Are you stuffing the snack sticks at 19,mm or 21mm?
That’s an awesome stuffer. Will it stuff larger sausages? And did you smoke the snack sticks?

no power when cylinder half loaded or more
That makes no sense. The cut off switch is at the very top of the cylinder.
