Just be careful people really like stacking unlimited money on a map that has no chance of winning as attackers when you start even plus ill never understand why defence can see where your attacking from i really wish they set it where everyone is blind to the attack and just plan for anything it would balance the game alot
If I got hit in the shoulder with an arrow and I knew there were Spartans waiting on the other side I'd be very sad as well

Me and my friends recently bought this game after seeing ur videos...we liked it very much...we play together everyday now..my favourite faction is Baktria. By the way U play absolutely fantastic...one main thing I have learned is that heavy powerful troops doesn't matter unless u have a powerful strategy.

I mean, yeah. Newer or less-skilled players get super overconfident by playing things like Rome but then throw away their units even though they have the best in the game.
@@im_flat yeah.. actually rome has the best variety of troops...if a experienced veteran play with this faction... he will win..but the main reason is same...the best strategy...that is...and by the way whats ur favourite faction tho?
@@tanzero2726 My favorite factions are Massilia and Pergamon. Ardiaei is a close contender.
Both have great units but Massilia is generally more reliable due to their better archers and cheaper, "better-than-normal" mid tiers.
Perg is really fun on defense because Galatian low tiers and Agema Spears are deadly as hell.
Ardiaei is just really fun in general and they have my favorite unit in the game (Illyrian Marines)
@@im_flat lol i hate those desert factions...idk why but they r like soldiers whithout shine....my friend uses ardiae and he plays well with it...i like Baktria main reason is because of the baktrian royal guard they look just!!! awesome...but the catch is they never win against royal Spartans...i always need to flank them which is also difficult most of the times..well me and my friends r new ..to this game...still more to learn about!

Parthia has amazing archers. Parthian foot archers and elite Persian archers. That’s one of their strong suits

Apollo you know why they sad here 3:13? I explain you why every unit in the game has an HP bar for themselves and they look sad because that man was damage from the arrow and same as others units, the bloody the uniforms and armor look, the more damage they are until they’re dead. ( Posture of the unit also inform how damage they are too)

hey Apollo never really played rome 2 but I have with warhammer 1&2 and shogun2 am just wondering why is their still so little that people play nowadays?? also I love your channel and should I get the sparta campaign or black sea dlc
The peloponese war campaign is kinda disapointing, at least on the battle side because armies are all light skirmishers, medium cav and heavy hoplited, meaning they are just kinda low and boring.

Would love to see a full siege tournament of no rules except push through’s. Attackers chose faction first and no faction blocks. 16 teams 64 players. 2 out of 3 to win. Max time max money max army’s. Any faction goes. Host choice of map (be fair) after every round of tournament teams remove one army\person from their team. So first will be 4 vs 4 then 3 vs 3 then 2 vs 2 then 1 vs 1 down to the final demons if you break the one rule whoever cheats gets kicked personally and their team will be down an army/player. What do you guys think?
