I know that there are "hand actors" for advertisement; but, being a "thumb actor" requires raw talent.
The amount of tropes that was fit into 9 minutes, will never be exceeded in any future attempts. This is the pinnacle of the internet.
Corridor: How many Easter eggs do you want?
The cast: Yes.
Garand Thumb getting Garand Thumbed and then using it to fix Kentucky Ballistics accident is the greatest f*cking thing I’ve ever seen.
I absolutely lost it after these two references, the community 100% came in clutch for this one!!!
Just put a thumb in it
Somehow this reminds me of the Noah Dyck in Letterkenny. "A wound the size of a fist. And indeed, that's all she had to suppress the bleeding. Can you imagine? A fist inside your gash?"
I find it standard a SERE instructor would also suggest putting a thumb in it if you did not have supple amount of gauze lol
Best part was the "guess I'm a doctor" in both reference to the pretend scientist bits thst grand thumb does and that he was supposed to originally have gone to med school lol
You’re hiding them under the floorboards, aren’t you?
No
Just storing them here for you, Fuhrer

Point out to me the areas where they are hiding.
NO IM HIDING THEM IN THE GRAIN ELEVATOR... oh fuck.
Putting Grand Thumbs thumb that got grand thumbed in to the man that need a thumb in it is a goddamn cinematic master piece.
haha i noticed that too xD

I laughed so hard at that, and the thumb came from garand thumb. Amazing

I was expecting a tiny stick grenade lol
I thought the same thing. Would have been hilarious.
Me too lol
Same on god
Or a dude... Which it was, but you know what I mean 😅
For those who don't know, Scott AKA Kentucky Ballistics had an accident with a .50 cal that exploded and gashed a hole in his neck, he jammed his own thumb into the hole and slowed the bleeding enough to get to the hospital, and the whole guntuber scene was talking about it. When Scott got out of the hospital and healed, he started selling a shirt that said "Just put a thumb in it".
Also, the guy who gives him his thumb in this video is named Garand Thumb on TH-cam, and he loses his thumb by getting Garand thumb.
This video is filled with references, I love it!

Grand Thumb getting Grand Thumb and Kentucky Ballistic survived by Putting a Thumb In It was just perfect comedy. Never expected Corridor to Collab with GunTubers but I’m glad it happened. This was a masterpiece
Honestly, with the amount of guns stuff corridor does it doesn't surprise me.. and with the new crappy regulations with TH-cam, I think gun tubers are gonna have to pivot to more "cinematic" videos to get around the rules.
I was surprised too given Corridor’s politics. Good to see they’re not that petty though
You'd have to be an OG to get Garand's "Maybe I should be a doctor" reference.
Jake has been in their videos a fair bit as is, and they have already been in other colabs with Corridor... or the Corridor Crew. So I suspect we will see more of it
@@Mike_Oxardcorrect me if I'm wrong but I don't think I've ever seen anything even approaching politics from corridor

The amount of respect I have for corridor for having all these guntubers on set is tremendous.
I love that you touched on every guntuber's catch phrase or history in some way or another. Scott's just about floored me. Somebody is doing some pretty good writing over there at Corridor.
By the way: Somebody over there is also doing some damned good directing as well, and I'm legitimately impressed with the quality of the acting here. You guys acted the hell out of this. Kudos to all involved.

The most ambitious crossover ever!
It was crossovergasom
All of the Saving Private Ryan references. Brilliant!
Broooo...putting Mike's thumb in Scott's neck is the most epic meta humor
Explain pls
@@АнтонМихайлов-ъ3г Scott from Kentucky Ballistics had an accident from a malfunctioning gun that almost cost his life due to a neck injury, but he survived by jamming his thumb in it. And of course, Mike's the one behind "Garand Thumb", which is pretty self explanatory in this case.
Kinda goes to show how much internal fortitude and badassery the lads have, seeing as how they're actively making joking references mid-film to their own (primarily Scott's) past trauma. Most people would probably be shying away from even mentioning such events.
@@norrecvizharan1177 The weapon itself did not "malfunction", it was questionable ammo causing a massive overpressure failure of the chamber. You should watch his tear down and analysis along with a string of videos he did afterwards purposely forcing chamber failures of various weapons.

This is how you do a good comic parody story, it is over the top in execution but all the actors are playing it deadly serious. Also props on the uniforms and sets, they look very accurate.

The amount of inside jokes from all the guntubers was so good. Garand Thumb getting actual Garand Thumb only to "Stick a thumb in it" for Scott. xD
Also the "I'm not a doctor" line
As soon as I caught on, it was Scott, I knew where that was going.
This is unironically one of the best videos Corridor has ever made
I agree.
No doubt, this is a master piece
I would watch an entire 2 hour movie like this with this exact cast. Such a masterpiece.
You guys should totally do a variant of these titled Tiny Swords, where you get members of the YT sword/archery community like Skallagrim, Shadiversity, Tods Workshop, Joerg Sprave etc. to be in a medieval themed video! Aussie here, I'm still waiting for 'The Battle of Castle Itter' to be made into a film. The one time WW2 German troops finally got to fight the real enemy side by side with the USA to defeat the SS...
Ich hätte gerne diesen Film 😀
@@Hebdomad7 I think there were two times when Germans and Americans teamed up. The most famous and epic is of course Castle Itter, where the Wehrmacht and Americans teamed up to fight the SS, and that would make the best film. But there was another time (wish I could remember the name of the place) where the Wehrmacht had been sheltering on a farm with champion horses, and the Soviets were coming.
The Soviets had already slaughtered entire champion breed lines to feed their troops, not caring how valuable these horses were. The Germans loved these horses, but they didn't have enough time to rescue the horses. So they contacted the Americans. The USA did NOT like the Soviets, there were lots of protests across the USA, Britain, and France when they were accepted as one of our Allies, there were already rumors of the mass slaughter of civilians on the Eastern Front and largest assault against women in human history, so the alliance between the two countries was shaky at best. "Enemy of my enemy."
So the Americans would LOVE to kill some Communists, but rules of warfare meant they couldn't. Still, they could deprive them of some food and save a thoroughbred line.
They teamed up and had a plan: the Germans would advance away from the farm to fight the Soviets, far enough away to prevent the area from being shelled. The Americans rounded up their best horse riders to help race around and herd up the horses. The Germans bought them time to rescue all the horses, and in return they would surrender to the Americans in order to keep themselves out of Russian POW camps. (In reality, they would have just been massacred. The Soviets did NOT follow the Geneva Convention, while the USA went out of our way to treat prisoners perhaps a little TOO good.)
As I recall (may be getting this confused the Itter) the Americans gave the Germans more weapons and ammo that they had collected along the way as war souvenirs, as well as let the POWs they had also go fight again. The Germans distracted the Russians and stalled their advance, while Americans herded the horses back behind lines to another farm under American control. The Germans kept their word, retreated back to the farm once they got the all-clear, and the Americans declared them to be POWs and under their protection, so the Soviets could not capture and massacre them.
Goes to show there were two enemies in the war: Fascism and Communism. We just shook hands with one to rid ourselves of the other, and then spent decades regretting that choice as Stalin slaughtered far more innocents than Hitler did.
(wheeeeeeeeeeeeee history essay!!!)
Love myself some anime
