Boomer here. Been looking to sell one of my properties in Rancho Bernardo. Now might be the perfect time to cash out! Ka-ching!
It's definitely not a bad time! Inventory is quite low and it's a seller's market. Feel free to check out your property value here: talechia.hifello.com/p/joshmeltzer/6630bb6c3eb584002c8cf3d9
Isn’t it better to sell later? Apple is just starting here. Give it couple years later and I imagine prices will be through the roof
Goodbye San Diego; good morning LA.
San Diego and North County are going to be densely overpopulated.
I'm hoping San Diego will become the new Silicon Valley. I'm already seeing a lot of foreign engineers inquiring for an apartment here in downtown SD. San Diego will be the next megacity in America. I'm proud to be a San Diegan!😎🤙
I don't. Silicon Valley destroyed the Bay area with their leftist voting and have left them in ruin. Those tech companies are fleeing their destruction to other cities like San Diego, Austin and Denver. I hope we stay San Diego and never become like the bay area
Why would you want that? That would price almost every middle class San Diegan out of the city.
SD has been my version of paradise for 51 years, centered in Zip 92127. The Apple campus is in the industrial park there, along with most major tech companies. 92127 includes Rancho Bernardo west of I-15 , 4S Ranch, Black Mountain Ranch and parts of Rancho Santa Fe.
@@mbrackmann8He's a property owner looking to make money off rent or looking to cash out and move out of CA altogether.
It can’t be. It all starts with the universities. Bay Area has Standford and Berkeley.
Dude, who do you think at Apple will be buying those multii million $ homes? They pay well but not that well.
Is there confirmation or any kind of timeline on Apple moving in to the RB office? I saw they purchased it back in 2022, but that's around when the tech layoffs started.
Ready for Inner Mongolia or Outer Mongolia and if that doesn't work out there's always Kathmandu.
Thanks for the very detailed content and helpful info. However, the pronunciation of certain areas might need a little improvements. The ‘z’ in Spanish is pronounced just as an English ‘s’. Santa Luz should be pronounced “SAN-TA LOOSE”. Also, Rancho Peñasquitos should be pronounced respecting the Spanish ‘ñ’ and would sound like “RANCHO PEN-YA-SKEETOS”, not “RANCHO PEN-A-SKEETUS”. The SD Tribune wrote a good article on common mispronunciations in the San Diego area.
What do you think about Scripps Ranch/Stonebridge area? Or Scripps Ranch proper? I'm concerned about infrastructure. I run a child development center/preschool in Scripps Ranch (right off the 15) and we're already full. Schools are full, affordable housing is a mess. Apple's arrival will be both good and bad.
I don't think Apple alone will have a massing impact on the infrastructure, however, the movement of more tech workers into the area will keep prices strong in my opinion!
Please… no more tech workers!
Oops, already on my way!
Haha!!
