I don’t know what you said for Santa sans but a buff I would give is just about everything. I’ve battled Santa sans before so I know for a fact he’s weak. I’ve genuinely had a harder time beating some no upgrade little sans’ than I have Santa sans.

yo dude! nice video! although finna be honest. most of these characters need reworks not buffs. i agree with some of the buffs proposed here but i do have issues with some- i don't quite think increasing bad time sans' movement speed is a good idea considering how much his blue soul effects slowdown any frisks he hits with certaint moves. he also has alot of mobility already with his moves (especially in phase 2) so him being slower is kinda like a tradeoff for all the mobility he gets. disbelief papyrus is mostly fine but i did find a cheese strat where if you use S action with mane ax when the screen turns black just before he enters the phase 2 start cutscene (right after the phase 1 end cutscene) he has around like 60% mercy in phase 2. bypassing the mercy % clear on phases. completely undodgeable since he can't move. easy to do. and it allows mane ax to just use enrage in phase 2 and kill any disbelief papyrus in phase 2 with it's high damage. so just like. make it so that he has an animation like swap papyrus where he clears the mercy % in the middle of the phase 2 start cutscene. dustswap papyrus is still incredibly strong. people are just too used to camping with him when the minirework made him more offensive rather than defensive like he used to be. upgrade 4 needs a buff on him but otherwise his normal kit is really good. considering you can just spam orange soul to bypass it's normal stamina drain properties and still get the blue bonespikes. (i got this from Neri. they gave me some tips when i found them on a server.) ts!underswap is a MENACE right now. he can camp so hard in phase 1 due to his kit. he almost rivals distrust phase 1 with how campy he is in phase 1. with a better bonethrow he would just be an absolute menace to society. in phase 2 he's still really strong and really campy. and he has that map bonethrow move that usually obliterates the frisks. i don't think he really needs buffs. he needs a rework. those are small issues though over all i think you did quite well proposing buffs to these characters! nice job!
Ok honestly im actually a menace with distrust phase 2. I mean all you gotta do is wait for the blasters to shoot on the green platforms and use triple blasters
swapyrus counter should nullify damage and give s during the animation imo. land it against chaos sabers/trident/404 stick/anything that can crit and watch half of your hp vanish
Bad Time in this game can be the most busted character by abusing the stamina system as you can always stay above 20 regen rate just by using his mobility moves (this stamina system sucks so much bruh)

Aah im back again and now in giving a buff on a character and ofc its fresh, so fresh has 3 things(optional) to buff tbh -blaster : make it last longer or spins faster Because its gonna be a perfect camp move if it does move faster or last longer -furbies : make theres more furbies Tbh furbies is just an rng moveset so make it have more furbies so it will at least hit even though it hits one -Weapon Steal : make the cooldown A LOT quicker or hitbox Its a good move to run away from charas but it just have a long cooldown or they could make the hitbox to hit the weapon steal bigger because i rarely steal a weapon Yup and thats all, just ONE of them is being buffed and im very happy :)

Classic sans doesn’t need any buffs just use aerial bone throw for movement and use the force rush down slam version (now moved to dunk) to still get damage off plus his blaster is main source of dmg is the bone zone and wave
