The only thing I see with other “youtubers” & I think it will benefit is... when he’s telling the story of [said player ] the video has recent clips or pictures that pertain what he’s [youtuber] talking about. Sometimes he plays clips or highlights that were already played. If he’s telling a 8min video of a “rise & fall” of a player... have clips of the era the player is playing in. If anything of that makes sense

Loved Gier at Florida and WVU. Can’t really tell you why but when I saw him throw the game winner against Tennessee I was All in on being on his side. Really still holding out that he can have somewhat of an NFL career.

Sure was homie, too bad WV didn't come out on top. That season was so promising but the wheels fell off in the last 2 weeks.
Sticking with WVU football, David Sills had a wild story as well.
He was also a HUGE reason Grier looked so good at WVU with Griers overthrows and bad decision making also of the 3000 yds Grier had at WVU sills had about 2000 of that as well as exactly half of all the td's Grier threw (near the goal line they would send sills in with a double or triple option rout to run and he would stand outside and look at coverage and then signal Grier which route he wanted to run)
Trying to live upto expectations his whole life has been exhausting.....He was a Young father , young husband, young superstar QB & the stress from these things in a young man's life just shows there's only so much fuel in our tanks... Wil Grier can do what ever he wants and being a good husband and father is bigger than serving his fans and expectations.... He has had a great life with or without football... I would not be surprised if he doesn't pick up coaching soon.... I am do not know Mr Grier but I have been a fan of his since his Mountaineer days and he has my respect no matter what he does with the rest of his life . He is still young and has his whole life a head of him... Goo!!! Wil Grier !!!

There is a VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL you left out when talking about his time at Florida.
At the time left FLORIDA WAS UNDEFEATED AND RANKED IN THE TOP 5. That's a major detail. I wish you would have at least expounded on that because that truly shows the impact of Florida losing him and just how great he was.

100% agree. I have no clue why so many WVU fans loved this guy (and I’m a WVU fan). I think he ended up like 13-9 as a starter and didn’t win a single bowl game. Most overrated QB in our history hands down.

Him and his dad wanted a guarantee that after his suspension was over he would automatically be the starter but u can't guarantee that to a player at that stage it would carless and misleading and had he had confidence he would not need it but I mean would would be eligible like what 5 or 6 games in . Well its looking like he's got a good shot at taking the back up qb job from Cooper rush this year.
I hope he can hang on to his spot in the NFL, but if not I would love to see Will play in the XFL. He was so much fun to watch at WVU, and I think he could dominate at a lower talent league. Also, if he got more years of experience, he might develop into an NFL starter after enough time in the XFL, like PJ Walker.

@@littlefinkle7757 CW16 came to FSU from MLB farm league when I think he was 22 as a freshman & backed up Dan Kendra with Marcus Outzen ..then Kendra had a couple bad injuries missing his window and eventually became the Noles fullback . CW16 was an amazing college QB and started a few games in Carolina where I think he backed up Jake Delome & then Weinke went somewhere else ..he now coaches up QBs at IMG & is part owner I believe . I was in Tally for the '99 season and went to every home game and two away games .. my favorite game of that season being the Georgia Tech game ..back & forth . I think the final was 45-35 Noles , or around that . I met both Weinke & Marcus Outzen at a bar I worked at near campus .. CW16 was super cool and humble while Outzen was the exact opposite . Weinke also came back from a broken neck he received from Patrick Kerney during the Virginia game in '98 .. Weinke overcame quite a bit to be a Nole,win the Heisman,& a National Championship. When CW16 chose baseball over college football Bobby Bowden promised Weinke that there would always be a scholarship waiting for him at FSU (of course Weinke couldn't accept the scholarship after playing MLB & paid his own way through school) but when Weinke decided to give football a try then OC at FSU Mark Right tried to talk Weinke out of playing college football telling him he'd been out of the game for to long .. good thing for Nole nation CW16 was hard headed . Weinke was going to leave school after the'99 season but Richt talked him into staying for his senior year .. Weinke talked about how funny it was that Richt didn't want him in '97 but was now basically begging him to stay .. having Chris Rix wear 16 for the Noles was tough to watch after watching Weinke's body of work as a Nole . I think it'd be a good video ..& Peter Warrick wouldn't be a bad one either

Skylar Howard (previous WVU QB1) was a better player hands down. He had more heart and soul for a team and wanted to be proven. Will opted out when the team needed him most and it shows he’s all for him. His daddy can only work with him and not for him. A name can only get you so far...
Went 15-9 as a starter and didn’t win a bowl game. I’m a Mountaineer fan and I never understood why other fans loved this dude. And I mean LOVED. People would fight for this dude on social media. Made no sense. He literally didn’t do anything for WVU, but don’t tell other fans that😂

Will Grier couldn’t throw to the boundary accurately, he has a tendency to throw high and receivers don’t want to play with a QB that throws high. Lastly, Dana Holgerson did Will no favors, WVU isn’t a QB powerhouse development, and I think his move from Florida to WV stifled his growth and Dana didn’t know how to bring him to the next level.....Will was never a legitimate Heisman Trophy Candidate at WV, and he never excelled at WVU.
